You brought me to tears. I think Snape has faced the most out of all of the characters in the series and his story is extremely sad. You portrayed it amazingly, yet I do think that Hogwarts was the closest thing he's ever had to a home, like Harry and Riddle.

Author's Response: You’re probably right about Severus thinking of Hogwarts as home, but I was just trying to portray how nothing mattered to Severus but Lily. At least, that’s how I saw it, in DH. It’s actually a wonderfully fascinating idea: Not good, not evil, just trying to keep Harry – Lily’s son – alive. For her. And it’s sad. Oh my goodness, it’s sad. But, all that aside, thank bunches and bunches for the review! Makes me SO happy!! :D -‘Rie
