PLEASE PLEASE ADD MORE!! This is really good!

Author's Response: Thanks! I'm almost finished with the next chapter, but I've been really busy, so it might be a little longer.

wow! you've done an amazing job. i still cant believe fred is dead, but its fantastic to have a fan fic that relates to george's point of view.

Author's Response: Thank you very much. If you're looking for another good George fic, try For Bitter or For Worse by Kerichi - much better than mine, and it inspired me to write my own.

this is a great start to your story!! I love how you make it seem so much like the death scene in the book and i love how you added Alicia into the story! Please write more soon!

Author's Response: Thanks! Nice screenname, by the way. I originally intended this to be a George/Alicia romance, but after I wrote the first chapter I realized that there's not really a basis for a relationship between them. I think a certain other lady will become the object of his affection ;) Not telling who she is yet. Anyway, I think Alicia will likely fall out of the story in a couple of chapters, but not before she helps George a little with the grieving process. Most likely other schoolmates will appear too. Of course all of this is just speculation, as I write the second chapter.

Wow. That was excellent. I was SO incredibly sad when Fred died (I was seriously bawling), the twins were two of my favorite characters, and I was almost certain that JKR wouldn't kill off either of them. Anyway, excellent work, I loved the part how George could physically and mentally Fred's death. I can't wait to read more!

Author's Response: Thank you! I always thought the twins were closer than usual, although I'm not a twin so I can't say. But I imagine they definitely had a deeper connection than any of their siblings.
I also lost it when Fred died. I threw the book and cried and bawled and sobbed and choked and- you get the picture.

Wow. That was so sad :(
Fred and George are MY FAVORITE.
Having Fred die was bad enough,
then seeing George's side of it was horrible..!

It was really good, though. It really got to me! It seemed so real!

Author's Response: Thank you! As a writer, I love to know that my story affected you emotionally. Fred & George always were my favorite characters- Fred more than George, to be honest, because I always thought Fred was a little funnier.

i am also in shock still from reading the book and i have read it several times... i bawled so hard through the whole book. i got it right when it came out... anyways, i like the story so far and i am looking forward to reading more of george's point of view towards events. keep up the good work and please update soon!

Author's Response: Thanks. I think it's going to take a while for fans to come to terms with Fred's death-It took me months to believe Dumbledore was actually dead, and I only believed it when JKR said so. I'm writing the next chapter already, and I'll submit it as soon as it's finished.

That was good. Are you planning on making it a story, or was it just a one-shot? If it's a story, I'll read until the end!

You're a really good author, and I hope you make this a story!!!!!!!!!!!!

~Passion For Prongs

Author's Response: I've planned to make it a story- I originally planned three or four chapters but it will probably be longer. Thanks for the review and the compliment!

This is great! Sad and depressing, but great. I've wanted to read more Post Fred George stories(I don't know if that makes sense.) It really is fascinating; how does George cope with losing his inseparable brother?
This is a great begining, and I can't wait for more.
Update soon!

Author's Response: Thank you. It's hard writing about this subject but I hope I've done it justice.

OMG... that was so sad!!!! I am with u i still am not over that Fred, Lupin and Tonks die. i cried so hard

Author's Response: Thank you! Someone said once that 'the most important thing about fiction is not what the writer says, but what they make the reader feel.' I'm pleased to have made you feel that emotion- In a sense, your tears make me happy. *Muhahaha* ;)

That was an amazing opening story. I hope you update it really soon. I think George's emotion was captured perfectly. Keep up the good work.

Author's Response: Thank you for the compliment. I had some trouble with his emotions, trying to get them 'right', so it's good to know you thought his feelings were well captured.

Poor george. It wa so sad. I am still devastated by Fred's death.

Author's Response: It was heartwrenchingly sad. You're not alone in that.

Author's Response: I just realized how that sounded- I meant Fred's death was heartwrenchingly sad, not my story.
