It's the little things that are most annoying, and Remus and Tonks were real people in this with quirks and bothersome habits that made them all the more beautiful. My Dad's office looks just like your description of Remus' office, too.

You fit the prompts well, and the repartee was excellent. Kudos for the cellar scene as well, seeing as that was particularly well done. It was sweet, and just what I was in the mood for, so I thank you for that.

Now that got me laughing. That's a very clever line.

Sirius is definitely someone to say something like that. And, by the way, you had an extra space between 'myself' and the end quote.

That entire conversation in the cellar spoke the loudest to me. That was such a serious part of their lives, and you wrote it beautifully.

“She didn’t suspect an ulterior motive?”
Ginny gave her a long, slow look. “Of course she did. So I let her overhear me telling Dad that I needed to talk to you about boys.”

Teehee, too cute! I can just imagine Arthur's horror when he heard his daughter needed help with boys. :D

Well. Lying next to him was a bit deceptive. Lying diagonally across the bed so as to leave him with no more than a few inches along the right hand side was probably a little more accurate. For a brief instant, he considered prodding the Tonksian caterpillar that had taken control of his place of repose, but he knew within his heart that the result would be no different to any other night. He would receive one entirely sleepy and subconscious Glare of Death and then a further few inches of bed would be annexed for his trouble. That was the way it worked.

This entire paragraph was hilarious! Tonksian caterpillar, Glare of Death... will the jokes ever end? :D
