Chapter: Falling

You write with such vivid and beautiful imagery! I especially love the lines:

"...There’s nothing I can do to stop my longing heart although my body is broken and beaten from falling over, and over, and over. Because all that’s waiting at the bottom are rocks, jagged, craggy, and sharp..."

So touching, and -- like I've said before -- it's so real. Excellent job. You're very talented.

Author's Response: thank you!

You really tapped into the angsty side of unrequited love, didn't you? Poor Ginny. I can definintely see Ginny feeling like this about Harry "behind the scenes." Her emotions are so raw and painful - very realistic for this kind of situation. Great, honest poem.

Author's Response: thanks so much for the reveiw I'm thrilled you enjoyed it! unrequited love can be quite angsty and I'm so glad you think I did a good job capturing that. thanks again for the reveiw they make my day!

*sniff* that would be depressing... if I didn't know that they got together in 6th year!!!!! yay!!! good poem!! :-)

Author's Response: yay!!!!! another reveiw!! I nearly went through the roof when I saw that I now had two more! and yes that would be quite depressing if we didn't know how everything turned out wouldn't it?

Wow, this was quite powerful and very unique.
And no matter how much I want him to
he will never be waiting to catch me at the bottom.
And I will spend a lifetime
falling and breaking over, and over, and over.

I hate to think that Ginny was this unhappy, but I still think you did an excellent job of describing the pain of a lonely heart.

Great job!

Author's Response: Thank you thank you thank you! Reveiws make my day. I think that Ginny is unhappy but more than that I think she is trying really hard to convince herself not to love him. Thanks again for the reveiw!

This is a really good poem! Very well written, and I love the repetition of over and over. I can really imagine that this is how Ginny felt during the time that she had 'given up' on Harry. Also, I love the ending, it was superb. Great job, keep writing!

Author's Response: thanks! I'm so glad you liked it! And I definately plan on writing more!
