Your ending was superb.
But it was necessary to your story. The "real" reason could be many things depending on which FF you read. There's another reason in the HP series.
I knew something like this was going to happen. Sirius is not going to be a happy camper. Severus isn't going to feel much better.
I'm with Sirius. Remus is not an animal.
They should have more suspicious of Peter is all I can say. I'm glad Anne's father has some sense.
I'm glad Sirius was able to mourn his brother's death with his friends.
Good flow to the story. Even when you know what will ultimately happen it's enlightening to read the path that leads to it, especially since there that path was not part of the HP series, only an outline.
This is getting to be more fun.
Very nice. And Peter, as we saw in the last chapter, is now firmly under Voldemort's umbrella.
Interesting and more interesting.
This is definitely getting to be interesting.
As much as I like happy endings, I know it didn't end happily and will gladly plow on ahead.
Ah, I was correct in thinking she'd manage to get out of Stanley's clutches. I'm sure, however, that revenge will be in his mind and I don't think I'm going to like what happens.
I certainly hope Siriuse and James are able to rescue her, but I'm not holding my breath on the prospect. I have the feeling Snape may get part of his wish, but I also think Anne will do something no one expects.
Too bad Severus didn't let his cousin's words have more effect on him. But then, it would have been a totally different story.
This is so much fun. I love the angle that Sirius is not the main Cassanova, and that Lily and James are together earlier than is mentioned in the HP series. This is a good adventure and not a teenage angst love story.
Not bad at all.
I do like your approach. It's entertaining without all bad teenage romance stuff. Being a much older reader I appreciate how you've written your story.
