Chapter: Discoveries

hey my first review ever!
this is a good story and I think it has a lot of potential. Keep it up

Author's Response: Thanks for the review, Rhias. I'm glad you thought my story was good enough to warrant your very first review! :)

Chapter: Candyland Works Wonders

That was a pretty cute idea, I still play Candyland with my kids, I think I like the Wizards version better.

Author's Response: Thanks, Kristy. My inner five-year-old loves Candyland, and I remember having some great times with it. I always thought it would be cool if the characters acted out the little story on the back of the box... and in the Wizarding world, they can! Hope you like the next chapter!

Chapter: Candyland Works Wonders

Second chapter up! Woot! :)

Candyland... that game was fun.

I liked the slight cliffie at the end - not wnough to make me jump up and scream "WHAT HAPPENS NOW?", but just enough to make me want to read more.

Looking forward to the next chapter you send me!

- Katie

Author's Response: But you already KNOW what happens next! So of course you aren't going to be jumping and screaming. And I've just sent you the next chapter- check your e-mail. *luff on teh Katie*

Chapter: Discoveries

"The little girl slowly raised a finger to her lips, as if she was going to say ‘Shh…’ and faded into nothingness."
Ahh, if only everyone else could see the picture that goes with this. You chould get someone to make you a banner with it.
You are off to a good start. I really like the book idea but I can't beleive Hermione would throw a book! The longer she is there you might shorten the name to Kinzey, it would show that Hermione is getting attached to her housemate.

Author's Response: Kristy! *tacklehug* Oh, I'm so glad you liked it. It WAS your prompt. And I've actually been looking into getting a banner for it... because my banner skills are pretty much nonexistant right now. Thanks for the review and the concrit- I'll definitely take Kinzey into consideration!

Becca! *tacklehugs*

Wow, this is amazing! Wonderful! Extraordinary ....*continues for three more hours*

Okay, this is a really cool beginning. The fact that 'Mackenzie' did this,

'The little girl slowly raised a finger to her lips, as if she was going to say ‘Shh…’ and faded into nothingness.'

Is weird and spooky, yet it pulls to right in!

Lovely story, Becca! Plus, do you know how funny it is to say 'Becca'?! Very fun!

~Lindsay!

Author's Response: *is tackled* I do love that you love it, but... Methinks teh Lindsay-ith has had much caffiene-ith and sugar-ith. Pray thee, doth I suspect rightly-ith? /weirdness

I'm so glad that you loved that last line. Cliffhangers are my brainfood, and I get excited by leaving people hanging. And yes, thank you, I am strange. Next chapter's in the queue, have a lovely day and please come back soon!

SQUEE!

This was accepted! All I can say to teh Becca is that she has done a great job so far, and that she deserves congratulations and reviews! ;)

- Katie

P.S. No, teh Becca did NOT make me say that.

P.P.S. Waiting for the next chapter, dear!

Author's Response: *squees for teh Katie's review* My lovely beta / fellow strange person, thank you for your hard work in helping me get this posted. My favorite-est chapter is in teh queue (well, no, it's not my favorite chapter, but my inner four-year-old loves it. You know why. :) But I do love it.)
And, surprisingly, she wasn't lying in her PS. I really didn't make her say that!
