Author's Response: Well, as I didn't want it to be AU, I couldn't really have had him do that. In terms of length, I was going to split it into two chapters, but decided it would flow better as a long one shot than a two-shot with chapters under 2000 words each... thanks for the feedback though =]
I would nominate this as well! Congrats on a song-fic well done! And I love how well the stories of the Rent song and Harry Potter mesh together. You really put to life the longing of both Harry and Ginny that may not have been showed as much in the book but was there. Thank you!
