Chapter: In Loving Memory

This was a wonderful poem,
It made me cry all over again.
For those wonderful people we lost,
It summed up the pain.

Author's Response: *giggles* A poetry review for a poem! Very shnazzy! :D Thanks!

Wow. (I'm still trying not to cry). This poem is absolutley amazing. There are so many things I love about it, especially the ending. You really captured the way so many of us felt when we read about a characters death - I had to go back and re-read because I couldn't believe they were dead. I think this is my favorite part:
Because of them,
The end could begin;
Thanks to their love, the
Dark Lord couldn’t win.
That was just really powerful. I thought the entire poem was powerful. I also loved the part about Fred, that was well written. Great job. This poem is going to my favorites.
Keep writing!

Author's Response: A re-review is just proof of how much a reader liked my poem. That... or they were impatient with the "enter" key lol

Author's Response: The Fred verse was probably the best because his death affected me the most. I just honestly couldn't believe Jo had done this to me (the twins were two of my favorite characters). I was just so sad, I knew I had to do something for them - and this was the result. Thank you for the review; I'm glad you liked it! (even if I did almost make you cry :))

Beautiful and touching! I'm blinking back the tears.

Author's Response: Their deaths were so sad. I wanted to give them a proper send-off. I'm glad you thought it was so good!

That was brilliant. It was great the way you described ever lost character. My only bit of critique:

Pink-haired she loved him,

That line is a bit confusing. I think that the "pink-haired" is not a necessary part of that line, or if you want it to be in there perhaps you should include a comma or reword the line.

Anyways, fantastic poem. ^_^ Keep writing!

Author's Response: Yes, I had a bit of trouble with that line, but my reasoning eventually was that when she was depressed about his rejection, her hair went brown. But when she was happy, and by his side, her hair changed back to pink. Odd, yeah, but I had poet's block (if it exists lol) on that line. Glad you liked the rest, though! Thanks for the review and critique!!!

Nice poem. I cried when I read this poem, but I didn't cry when I read the actual deaths

Author's Response: Wow. This made you cry when the actual deaths didn't? ...Wow. I am amazed at myself. I'm sorry!!! :S
