This was the most intense thing I've read in a long while. Really good. I'd tell you my favourite line but I'd have to copy/paste the whole poem again.=Sammy

fic tore at
my eyes, made me
continue to read

the words flooded
past my sight
they dash

pain was there; brought
me down with
a smile

i will
read
again

I really like this poem, it's very well done. I like how every stanza ended with the same word. ;-) I don't know, I like the little things like that. This is a really good poem, I think it really shows what happened before the last battle and during it, while also being concise, easy-to-read, and powerful. Great job!

Author's Response: Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it. :)
