You have a good story here. There are a few grammatical mistakes here and there, but that's the beta coming out in me. I can't read anything without noticing them anymore. Your descriptions are great; I can picture what's going on and where Draco is very clearly. I don't agree with the ship, but you did a wonderful job making it work. I enjoyed it.

I thought, no I think, that this is a very sweet story. Most of are either how he got to keep her, or just didn't want her, hardly of how he did want her, but couldn't keep on. Strangely, I can imagine this happening. Draco falling in love with Hermione, than ruining for his pure blood "beliefs." I think the song fit pretty well, trying to remember her and suppressing it. Good job.
