Chapter: Dangers of Waiting

snape again come on this is not good not good at all

Author's Response:

It's almost the end of HBP...will be in the next you know what Snape's going to do, but since DH has come out and his motivations are revealed, like it or not, you have to admit that he is capable of good. :)

Chapter: Tension in Waiting

ahhh wicked sad chapter!!!! poor tonks. she really does have the worst of luck. some good karma had better come her way soon or at least a non-cranky remus! haha that dude has some serious (and furry) issues XD

Author's Response: Tonks will have a happy ending, but she's gonna have to live through a hippogriff-load of angst first. Remus depressed and determined is far harder to deal with than a cranky werewolf. Sigh.

Chapter: Waiting in the Night

Wooooooo another chapter!!!!!! *Dances around room* I've been obsessively checking for a couple of days and when I saw the new chapter I celebrated :D. I really love the whole Severus/Lily reference--it was so sad I almost cried like Tonks. Very nicely written :). And Jerry...where is the guy? I love the pathetic guy--I hope he finds love if not with Tonks!!!
~R/T 4ever :D~

Author's Response:

Thank you for being sad for Snape! I've been dancing around because I am now an "official" NaNoWriMo winner. I wrote a 50K novel in 25 days...and now I want to forget about it for awhile and finish Tonks and Remus' story! Jerry won't be left hanging, I have plans for him. Things will get very bleak before they get better.

R/T forever, indeed! ^_^

Chapter: Waiting in the Night

Hi, ever heard of me before? Heheheh... Gosh, I'm so sorry it's been this long since I last reviewed. I can't even remember when it was! I don't even know where to begin... I'll have to be brief until I get back in the reviewing rhythm, hope you don't mind.

I'm happy that finally, someone decides to touch the subject of Severus and Lily in a delicate manner. I always believed that he would never abuse Lily's friendship -- he simply respected her too much! And yet we still see failed stories of lust and love, which is completely OOC for both. Lily loved James, Snape hated James, that was their parture.

I'm not quite sure what to make of the argument in the end. Frankly, I've lost track of the timeline. Are we entering their separate phase? They've had a couple that I can remember ;)

Anyhoo, keep up the wonderful work, and I'll try to keep up reviewing it :D Cheers!

Oh wait, forgot something... FIRST REVIEW VICTORY DANCE! I did English waltz in gym today, so that's the flavour of this win... Da-dee-da-daaa da-da-da da-daaaa...

Author's Response:

You waltz divinely!

I've been busy with nanowrimo (National Novel Writer's Month, I'm Kerichi on the site if you want to read an excerpt of the novel in progress) so I won't be able to finish the last chapter until December, but I will finish it. There will be a lot of angst leading up to the Death Eater attack, which I'm actually looking forward to writing, for several reasons, (one of which is the end of the tunnel where angst is concerned, lol).

I think Lily knew, deep down, that Severus loved her more than as a "best friend," but like Tonks with Jerry, didn't want to lose the friendship, so she ignored the signs, and when "Sev" went over the line, it was probably a mix of sadness and relief that they weren't friends anymore on her part.

I'm just glad Jo allows fan fiction so I get to enjoy my AU versions of Snape's love life. ^_~

Thank you so much for coming back to R&R when you got a chance. It's sad how their deaths in DH seem to have *killed* a lot of readers' interest in R/T stories, but that just makes me appreciate those who keep reading even more!

Chapter: Dangers of Waiting

How is it possible that there are no reviews for this amazing chapter?! I am shocked! Inconceivable!
I loved the insiht into what happened inside while Harry talked with Scrimgeour, and the dynamic between Bill and Fleur was spot on. I loved it. But then we got onto the heavy stuff, and Remus is in trouble AGAIN! Honestly, that guy needs to sort his lying skills out. not that I can talk, becasue I'm a very bad liar, but still. Can't wait for the next chapter! I'm exited, as you can probably infer from the amount of exclamation marks used in this review...

Author's Response:

I'm hoping alerts didn't go out, or readers lives are just hectic. It would be sad to think DH killed off the ship along with my favorite characters. :(

I heart you and exclamation marks!

Chapter: Waiting on Christmas

ah-mazing as usual! id be suprised if it wasn't...i'm LOVING the Tonks/Remus lovey dovey-ness. and you know how Tonks was thinking about her future with Remus? Do you plan on going with canon and killing them off at the end of DH?

Author's Response: I plan to stay canon by ending the Blue Moon series at HBP and not writing a DH story. I'm going AU after this, an alternate end to DH that will be dark and angsty at times, but at least they'll be alive, and get to fall in love all over again! :)

Chapter: Waiting on Christmas

And doesn't everyone enjoy a good Christmas chapter in September? Wicked. We don't mind angst long as there's some fluffy Tonks and Remus scenes to make it bittersweet.
I wouldn't worrry about dates etc. JKR isn't always do hot on those details either!

Author's Response:

You have Mary Poppins singing "A spoonful of sugar makes the medicine go down" stuck in my head now, heh. Angst without a little fluff is too depressing for Christmas. If it can't be merry, it should at least have bright moments!

Chapter: The Waiting Time

Thanks for the lovely compliment of using my name in this chapter! I'm touched and honored. It really made my day, as life has been a bit difficult lately.

As I agree with the werewolves regarding the lack of justice done them in the books, I do not hold it against them that Christmas was delayed for one more chapter. I do, however, hope this will be the last delay... Pretty please?

You did a marvelous job of doing the werewolves justice. A chance for Remus to teach again was a wonderful idea. The reminder of the plight of the young, uneducated, "forgotten" werewolves was another great touch. The books had me feeling sometimes, that Remus was the only "good" and "decent" werewolf in the world. The rest were dark creatures in need of a miracle to save them from joining Voldemort.

I love that Tonks and Remus prefer to save the majority of their conversations for when they are together. Long distance chats, just can't compare to the intimacy of baring your heart in the arms of the one you love. I just hope they will have that opportunity soon!

Looking forward to the next chapter,

Author's Response:

I'm so sorry to hear that life's been difficult. I hope you're feeling better. Larks songs should cascade down, not be down!

No more waiting, I promise. I felt very Seus-ish writing it, thinking I hadn't stopped Christmas from coming. It came! Somehow or other it came all the same. :D

I refuse to believe Remus is the only good werewolf, the way I always refused to believe all Slytherin...even all Death Eaters...were irredeemable. Where's there's life, there's hope.

Remus and Tonks talk, but delicate issues are better off discussed face to face...not that I'm promising they'll be discussed soon, lol.

Baring their hearts, though, yes, soon! :)

Chapter: The Waiting Time

Go Remus! if anyone can convince you to be good it's that guy...ah-mazing chapter! i hope tonks knows that she has to tell remus about jerry eventually. and what right does Hamish have to be less friendly then he was before to Tonks? someone please slap that guy! LOL...i LOVE annis black because she has the coolest methods! and those cakes made me drool on my keyboard (i'm fasting so i can't eat or drink...usually i wouldn't drool!) i expexted Remus's stay at Inverness to be a bit longer but it was eventful all the same. I'm really hoping that we'll see a bit of the Trio and Ginny in the next couple of chapters though...once again, i heart this chappie! keep it up

Author's Response:

Thank you! You're absolutely right, Remus brings out the good in everyone...except maybe Snape, that's yet to be determined, lol.

Next chapter will be Christmas, (pinky promise!) so you'll see the trio and Ginny then. Remus was only in Inverness to be 'tested' but Skoll did say the test would never end...ominous words if Remus had heeded them!

Chapter: The Waiting Time

Sorry, I haven't reviewed for ages! I've been away on holiday. Tonks is still seducing him, even when he's miles away...i love the young werewolves being taught magic. Remus just keeps making friends and enemies, huh.

Author's Response:

Distance cannot stop true love. The most it can do is make a couple talk sexy via magic mirror. :D

I can't imagine Remus not teaching, even if it isn't what Dumbledore would approve of!

The line between enemies and friends is very thin...dun, dun, dun....

Chapter: Waiting in Vain

Okay, I'll admit I feel sorry for poor Jerry! I'm sorry he has to have his heart broken, but I'm also very glad everything is finally out in the open between him and Tonks. I hope he'll be okay in time.

Speaking of Tonks, I feel even worse for her and what she must be going through. Pain, grief, guilt, anger, frustration, loss-are only a few of the emotions I imagine she is feeling right now. I know Jerry means a lot to her and this turn of events has to be a powerful blow.

I know in the book, Tonks and Remus spend Christmas apart. I hope you find a way for them to spend at least part of it together and even a little bit happy. Tonks really needs him right now.

Looking forward to brighter days,

Author's Response:

Yay! The real world has stopped hassling you enough to give you time to read! *throws post-its in lieu of confetti*

They spend Christmas apart, but did you know the full moon was on Christmas Eve that year? I don't think Jo did. :D The next chapter is...I can't describe'll have to read it--soon, I hope!

You continue to amaze me with the complexities and depth of your characters emotional ties to others in your stories. While I am complimenting you now about the amazing chapter you just put out, I hope to be able to compliment you throughout a long and illustrious career sure to be ahead of you.

Author's Response:

Aw, you made my day, and I'll remember your review in November when I'm doing NaNoWriMo! ^_^

poor jerry! does this mean he's gone for good? why must the world be so unreasonable? Tonks must feel horrible. And, okay, i am officially worried for Remus. This pack leader guy is pretty creepy. And what is with the spooky cliches? All i know is that i don't like him. so you had better have him killed within the next two chapters! LOL. j/k. but i positively heart this chapter. ah-mazing chapter!

Author's Response:

Not for good, just for now. :)

I blame Jo. She was heavy on the angst in HBP. :D

I can't promise Skoll will die, but I can promise he'll get creepier. Dude has issues, all I'm sayin' LOL.

Thank you!

Chapter: I've Been Waiting for You

this is what i mean about air headed- you always watch your drink... hello

Author's Response: Poor Tonks, judged so harshly. :D Millions of women across the world don't keep an eagle eye on their drinks when they're in clubs and bars, worried that someone will spike it. Fortunately, most don't regret it the way Tonks does next chapter.

Chapter: The Path of Waiting

seriouly though i have always said i felt like i was reading an extention of JKRs charecters when reading your stuff it realiy is like a behind the secens version of the goings on between tonks and remus

but the airhead meter really is starting to spike and its waning its most endearing quality i just don't want to see it lose that thats all

oh and you really should be getting paid something to write this and we really do need to do something about at least US and british copyright laws to make it a possibility

Author's Response:

I'm going to participate in NaNoWriMo this November, so if I eventually get a book deal, I'm definitely hitting up fan fiction readers to go buy a copy! :D

I don't consider trusting Snape an airhead move, so we'll have to agree to disagree about Tonks' actions. There is method to what you might consider madness, ;), but you'll have to wait to understand it fully. *Imagines Supremes/Phil Collins singing "You can't hurry plot, no..."*

omg what a cliffy to leave us on! love the chapter though and have to admit cliffys are kind of fun-if v.v. annoying!xx
