I like the way you separated the prophecy. And it was really well written, Harry's remembering what people have told him, especially Dumbledore. Repeating the question he asked Dubledore until he knew he was the horcrux was perfect, thats often how things come to us. Ron suggesting social services should shut the orphanage down was so Ron, hope they send an anonymous note to social services. I like the spell that reveals magic too. Oh, and Harry's wondering why the gates hadn't filtered tom Riddle out was a nice touch. I really don't think he'd have asked Ron to kill him though, especially since killing splits the soul. I thought he'd leave them instructions to destroy Voldemort, finally mortal, while he went off and either killed himself or got in a losing battle with a couple of death eaters. Also, this implies that Voldemort knew Harry to be the last Horcrux, which doesn't fit with his rebounding killing curse and frequent attempts to kill Harry at Hogwarts. So, it follows that Harry must have been an accidental Horcrux, in which case Voldemort will have made another to make up the seven, not knowing of horcrux harry's existance, or he intended makeing a horcrux from Harry's death and the rebounding killing curse altered the path of his stray soul fragment and he assumed it had worked. Sorry, I'm getting way too deep. All in all a great fic, I just like picking up on discrepancies.
