You've created a very interesting mood with this story. I like the way you describe Bella's sadism and prejudice, and Andromeda's willingness to completely go against her family's values, as well as her denial that her relationship with Ted will change her and her family's life. Between Bella's conversation with her sister and the way she treats the bird, a dark, eerie tone is created to the story, in a different way, and I really enjoyed that.

Great one-shot! How did you manage to realistically depict torturing on an animal? (please don't say from personal experience :) This scene is totally inline with Bella's character. Nice job!

i really like this! i forgot to check, is it oe shot? i like the character of bellatrix for a fanfic, i think her cruelty and personality are a joy to read (not that shes good! you know what i mean! lol) i especially like the opening, i was just browsing the recently added and ur first few lines really sparked my interest, i really like it!
