Ooh! Fresca, this is amazing. One of my favorite poems on here. The imagery is outstanding, as is the grief. Great job!

Oooh!! That was really good. I loved the concept of it, and your wording. Ooh, and this:

She was his love, his northern star
Now she was gone, away, afar.
