Chapter: Chapter 1

(Ack! *is angry* *and late to review, which is why she is angry* *winks*)

This is a great acrostic. Yes, it is different from your other poems (hence the acrostic-ness of it), but it is different in a good way, and strangely refreshing. Change is good, of course.

I really liked this poem. I think you've portrayed the dementors amazingly well, without ever mentioning their name except in the acrostic vertical part (if that makes sense). I just thought it was well done.

The only nitpick I have is that every line ends with a period (basically), and it seemed too full a stop. But, the grammar isn't really the part that matters the most (it does matter, of course, but I think the substance of the poem is more important.)

Kate

Author's Response: Thanks for reviewing! I'm glad it was "refreshing." As for your nitpick, I agree, perhaps I should have used commas or other forms of punctuation to make it flow better. Glad you liked it, though. ^^

I like your other stuff better.=Sammy

P.S. Sorry about the double post earlier, my computer and I are having a disagreement at the moment.

Author's Response: Alright, understandable. Thanks for reviewing. ^^

This was amazing and extremely powerful. I loved this line.
No escape from this beast's horrid grip on your soul.

It was so dark. I loved it. You are such a wonderfully talented poet! 10000/10

Author's Response: Thank you for the nice review. ^^
