Great job! I think you got Hermione's character just right, and Krum's accent too, which can be tricky. I think you did this missing-moment type scene very realisticly.

I did spot a couple of typos, though:
Immediately Madam Pince swooped down on me,
The comma at the end should be a full stop.

Honestly, I think she is a bit of an old maid and rather dread becoming like here.
It should be 'her', not 'here'.

"Great." I reply cheerfully, "I'll see you there."
You need a comma after 'great', not a full stop.

Excellent job though, this was very cute!

I loved this! Funny, because I was just reading that part in GoF today, and wondering if Hermione was hoping to be asked by Ron when she accepted Krum's invitation...anyway, I thought your story was very funny and light, sort of cute, while still keeping Hermione mostly IC. Good job! ;)
