Oooh, lovely fic, Suzie! :D I liked how you showed how Draco was influenced in his childhood to act the way he is now, how everything just came full circle in the reader's face. The piece was short, but it was to the point, and what a great point you made.

I do have to say that I don't think Lucius is abusive though. He's shown no tendencies to be physically cruel to his family, and *personally* I don't think he is. So I didn't really like the part where he hit Draco. Otherwise his characterization was impeccable. Lovely job! :)

Author's Response: Thank you Anna! Sorry for not replying… I personally don’t agree with Lucius being abusive either, I guess the story just turned out that way. I actually think that he’s very proud of his family line, and very much wants to further it, but would never actually hit out at his family. He’d get pretty mad maybe …

Thanks for reviewing hon!! <3

Wow, this was outstanding. I loved how you showed Lucius' cruelty.

You are worth nothing compared to this. This line was so powerful! I adore it.

This was an amazing fic. Truly wonderful job.

Nice job with young Draco, Suzie! Was that the diary of Tom Riddle at the beginning? With the way his father yelled at him and hit him, no wonder Draco hates books - and Hermione - in your brief wrap up at the end. Good explanation and connection. Now - I wonder if he knew the precious diary from his childhood had been given to Ginny Weasley, and what he would think of that??
*whistles innocently*
You are a very talented writer!
~Gina :)

Author's Response: Thanks for the review Gina! *huggles*

Yes, it was the diary. :) This was originally an overlong drabble for a Slyth challenge where the prompt was for a character to come in contact with a horcrux. :)

Hmm hmm.. I hadn't thought about the Ginny connection... *strokes chin* hehe Thanks for all the compliments! *hugs again*

Great example of how a parents view can shape a childs life. Like father like son. Well written fic.

Author's Response: Thank you! I'm glad you like it! :)

Yay Suzie! I'm really glad to see this up. I loved this when I beta read it and it's great to see it up for everyone to read. *huggles Suzie* *thinks Suzie should write more Malfoy based stories*

Author's Response: ooh THANK YOU Elle! :D *huggles back* Thanks for being an awesome beta, and I'm glad you liked the story! Malfoy based stories... mmkay... *pokes brain for plot bunnies* :p <33

I really liked this, Suzie. I thought it was interesting how it came full circle. The entire bunny was rather interesting. I've never read anything quite like it. Great originality.

It was well written as well, everything flowed perfectly, and everyone was spookily in character, I could swear you were Jo! ;)

My favorite line is the last one. So Draco, so full circle, so perfect.

Keep up the good work, Suzie!

Author's Response: Thanks for reviewing CJ! I should totally take a leaf out of your book and procrastinate for less than 2 months before reviewing people's fics. :o hides*

Anyway. :D I'm glad you like the circular effect. I think it would be realistic that one's childhood and parents influence what they grow up to be. Isolated incidents such as these are interesting to write about!

Jo? Nah... *blush* I'm nowhere near that good. :p Thanks again! <33
