This is my favorite. You made me cry. I loved how the connection was formed it seemed the most believable I've ever read. Draco's thank you was my fav part, it was beautiful. You have the most wonderful way with words. I think I'll have to put this in the Slyth review circle when I get the time. Yes definately when I get the time. This really is my favorite one, it was so realistic and magical. That was kinda an oxymoron but whatever. 100010
Author's Response: Thank you so much! This was originally written for my Romance OWL class (last term) and I'm so glad to know that my hard work payed off. It is really touching my heart that you're taking all this time to review all of my fictions. I don't know how to repay you. But I *will* find a way. Thanks again!
Is this D/Hr? I just wasn't sure. I'm not a very big fan of that ship, but this is very well-written, and I really like how they help Draco and he even says 'thanks'. I think there's an inner heart to Draco that we just haven't seen yet. Loved it!
Author's Response: Yes, it is, in fact. It's kindof minor, because the plot line didn't allow for much more. Thanks so much for the review!!
I love it!
Author's Response: Thanks so much!
That's my girl! Awesome job on your assignment, Sarah!
I would say more but it would take from the PM review I left you as well. It's been so long since I have done one of those, I thought I owed it to you. See you on the forums!
Author's Response: *huggles* Thanks so much, Nicole! I loved the PM review too. I hope the prof liked it too!
Very good story. Nice descriptions, good job!
Author's Response: Thanks! =]
*is left breathless*
Oh, Sarah, how beautiful! Despite the setting of the story, despite Draco's pitiful condition, there's really no other word for it but "beautiful".
This is my favorite descriptive passage - although they were all wonderfully, skillfully descriptive -
"After having dark and pain as a companion lonely night after lonely night, Hermione might as well have been the most beautiful girl on the planet. And in his silver, pained eyes, she was.
Hermione similarly, felt connected to him, but didnít know why. Something in those silver eyes made her feel weak and confused. Merlin knows that they had never been friends, but even when your enemy sits before you, dying and possibly taking his last breaths, the human part of you takes over. And that is what happened to Hermione. Her human compassion for another soul overtook her and sheltered her and Draco. And he felt it, too. "
It just made my heart melt! You really do this pairing justice, and I'm so glad you got the story up!
*glowers and dares prof to say anything about lateness* :-)
Another brilliant story - well done, Sarah!
*runs off to favorite it*
Author's Response: Oh, my god, thank you SO much! I'm so glad you liked it! My professor set the scene and stuff, I just wrote it all out! Thanks again! *huggles*
