I love the poem, especially since it is your first. Kind of creepy, but in a good way! Excellent use of language and nice desciptions. Keep writing!

Very good job, especially since this is the first poem you've posted here. You're word choices make the poem somewhat dark - but it works out perfectly. I haven't had to speak Italian for a while, but doesn't "Omen di morte da solo nel mondo" mean "Omen of death alone in the world"? Once again, very good job, and thanks for reviewing my story too! Hope you post more soon! :-)

Author's Response: thanx for your response. i'm just getting my Beta readers (ie my friends) to see if it is worthy enough. love ur story thanx again! Aqua_dragon

Wowzers... dark. But I like dark poems.

I liked how you ended the poem with some latin phrase. Gives the poem a stronger ending. And although it is short, it is very deep, and your choice of words is very powerful. And you brought so much into the poem, like the Grim, and the fact that he was innocent and that he fell into the veil, and all of that into four small stanzas.

So, excellent job. ^_^

Author's Response: thanx! thats what i was aiming for! i love responses. BTW it was italian. but all the same... Aqua_Dragon ur Dark writter

Before I get into the review: what does 'Omen di morte da solo nel mondo' mean? >.<

I really like this poem. You have a great way with words and descriptions. Your similes/metaphors (whatever. :D) are very well done, in my mind. I think this is a great...tribute, as you said, to Sirius Black.

One question: do you know is 'grim' is capitalized or not? Because here it isn't, and I just wondered.

Anywho. Amazing job. I really hope you write more poetry soon, or fics, if ya want. :D

Author's Response: thanx Kate, it means omen of death alone in the world. have no idea about the grim thing. i hope to have more stories and poetry since this is my first. i'm starting to write a couple now. * Beth *
