Author's Response: Thank you.
I made me a log in so I could read your story. Oh how do I begin? I am simply in love with your stories. I love the way how do descreibe Bella and her feelings. You have made me to a Bella fan. I love reading your stories. You have a good way of using words.
Author's Response: *smiles* I'm glad to hear you've warmed up to Bella because of me. I love hearing that. Thank you for all the lovely reviews.
Author's Response: Thanks for the review.
I enjoyed "Blinded" and I really love this 'sequel' of sorts. Really awesome job! I love reading your stories!!!
Author's Response: Thank you so much. I'm really glad you're enjoying my stories.
Oh God... basically the first thought that flew through my mind after reading this. Bella's guilt, shame and pain is so raw and real. She's just so... broken. I would have thought that she'd sink into a type of numbness, a catatonic state instead of dwelling on all the crimes she commited and the rapes, but I guess the Dementors (even when they're only occasionally present) don't allow that.
I wonder how different Bella would feel if Tonks had thrown her back in Azkaban before Rodolphus showed up. Would Bella fight her rapist? He wouldn't have the deaths of Bella's sisters for ammo, but he would probably rape her all the same. I'm debating with myself whether Bella would have the strength, even being blind... there's something to think about.
You say this might be a sequel to Blinded? Does that make this one-shot a spoiler?! NO!!! Anyways, good story;). Can't wait for your reply to my PM as well:). Hope your schedule clears up soon!

Thank you for you compliments. I was really pleased with what you said about Bella's state. That was exactly what I was going for. But as a note, there are no Dementors. This is post-war and the Dementors left Azkaban in Harry's fifth year. Bella's feelings are all her own making.
I think Bella would have fought back had she been sent to Azkaban prior to Androemda's guilt. She had things to feel guilty about, but not to the extent that she wouldn't defend herself. Andromeda's death destroyed her.
Yes, this one-shot would be a slight spoiler, but very slight. The sequal will be awhile in the making, if it happens, anyway. I have some other projects to finish first.
Thanks so much for the reivew. I really love the feedback. *huggles*
Oh. My. Gosh.
*checks to make sure she is still breathing*
This is extremely well-written, an excellent portrayal of Bellatrix as evil, but human, with regrets and feelings of guilt. I liked your choice of words, and the rather depressing atmosphere you managed to build with them. I haven't read Blinded, which this was a sequel to, if I remember correctly, but I just might have to - you've really gotten me into Bella fics now! =)
Overall, very nicely written story and very original! Its scariness had me at the edge of my seat throughout the whole fic. Well done, Elle! *hugs*
Author's Response: *huggles Jennifer* *dances merrily*
Thank you so much. I'm glad you enjoyed. I went for a very dark atmosphere with this one. There was really no other way to do it. I'm glad to hear it came off well.
*is super thrilled that you're into Bella fics now* *huggles Bella*
Thanks again for leaving a wonderful review!
This is very well written! You very clearly portray Bellatrix's despair guilt even provoking the reader to almost pity her, which in and of itself is a prestigious accomplishment. Wonderful job.
Author's Response: *squees* Thank you so much. I'm really glad you liked it. And thanks so much for leaving a review!
