Chapter: Prayer For The Dying

this is one of the best stories i have read....i was so sad (i was only in the middle..!)that i was sobbing... i loved the last line

They left behind the fragments of their soul on the bar counter as the Boy-Who-Lived and the Genius made their way home to die a little more.

its so sad yet its beautiful how how u carved these words...im sorry now im rambling but i just want to say only good stories can make me cry and this story is better than good...in other words it was fab

Ok, that was just so heartbreakingly sad!!! Very descriptive, written from the point of view of the (alcoholic)? Of all the people who died. Do you think that's how it'l be in the last book, and death free-for all? But it wouldn't be Harry Potter if the people who die weren't important in one way or another. Just in a perfect world, they would all live.... not.

Chapter: Prayer For The Dying

A sad and gorgeous truth it is that those who pray for death, must be the ones to watch all the beloved livers die, and never lose immunity to the reaper's touch themselves. ~The Tainted One

Dude! This was entirely too depressing/dark even for me, but it's still one of my fav fics, because your writing style and the genius of it outweighs any qualms I might have with the darkness.

First of all, I love the descriptions of Neville and Luna and all the rest, even though the images you created afterwards (the deaths) are quite haunting.

Hermione, poor thing, I really felt for her in this fic, alot more than I did for Harry anyway(but then again, that's no surprise for me).

What she said at the end, amazing. You really conveyed Hermione's silent strength so well in the last couple of paragraphs.

What else was I going to say? Oh yeah. The Fragments of their soul bit was really powerful. I would even have stopped right there after counter, because it really was an amazing mental image that you just don't get with the last part of the sentence, but anyways, little things.

Thanks for writing another amazing fic, Seren! *tries to attatch appreciation/fangurlism to the end of review, but it turns out to be too big*
