Author's Response: I was quite proud of this story. Half the people who read the summary were afraid it'd be a squick, but I never meant it to be such. I really do feel sorry for Madame Pomfrey here. But it is true that Harry was meant to be with Ginny. Thanks for the review! :D

That was a nice fic....i liked it. Poppy really was very helpful.

Author's Response: I feel sorry for Poppy. She's so connected to Harry, yet he'd never DREAM of thinking of her like that. What's more, he probably wants to get out of the hospital wing as soon as possible. At least, that's how I made the story go. Glad you enjoyed it!

That was a surprisingly good story. I was apprehensive of "Pomfrey / Harry" , but that was an extremely good story.

Author's Response: Lol, Lots of people were a apprehensive of this story. My mom saw the summary and said, "Yuck!" But of course I never wrote the story because of the weird pairing. I actually wrote it because I thought it was sort of funny how all the major fanfictions make it seem like Madam Pomfrey's job consists entirely of patching up Harry's injuries, and how she's always marveling about how she'll having nothing to do next year when Harry leaves. I just took this devotion a step farther and created a one-sided romance out of it.

Aww, this was cute! I've always thought Poppy was atad pushy when Harry was in her care! ;)

Author's Response: Lol. You know how people hide their true feelings... I'm glad you found this cute, because other people found this disturbing. I personally thought it was a lot more cute than disturbing.

that was really good. I like your writing and this story wasn't as disturbing as other student teacher ones.

Author's Response: Lol, thanks! There's some really disturbing student/teacher stuff out there (Hermione/Trelawney, Oliver/Snape, etc.), but I wasn't going for disturbing at all. I was going for a normal romantic attraction--that the two people involved are over a generation apart doesn't really matter to me. :D

I loved it. I have known the feeling of having the one I love so close, yet unable to touch him as he would run as fast as he could in the other direction, or so I'm afraid. Thanks for writing something as wonderful as this.

Author's Response: I'm glad you loved this and didn't find it squicky. A few people were weirded out by the idea, and a small handful were still weirded out even after they read the story. But I didn't mean for it to be a squick. I meant it to be a tragic love on Madame Pomfrey's part. I'm glad the story affected you so deeply, and thanks for telling me in this review.

wow. this was my first teacher/student fic that i've read. i'm normally turned off by the genre, however, yours was written in a way that didn't disturb and/or creep me out, like ss/hg does. but anyway, great job! i really liked this.

Author's Response: Wow, thanks! I didn't really want to put this as teacher/student, since Harry's no longer and student. But I decided to put the warning anyway to be safe. I'm glad you liked it!
