A. Lange diehards will recognize this as a special edition of the fourth "Pour le Mérite" that was introduced at SIHH 2011 (itself one of Lange's most prestigious models). The case of this special watch is crafted of Lange's beautiful honey-gold" alloy that is more than twice as hard as normal gold. The dial is likewise made of solid gold and features? exquisite decoration in the form of three dimensional relief-style lettering and a delicate granular texture similar. breitling fakes Mechnically impressive as well, the watch demonstrates a beautiful tourbillon and an intricate "chain-and-fusee transmission". Check it out below!
A. Lange Tourbillon Pour le Mérite "Handwerkskunst"
41.9mm honey-gold case (12.2mm thick), manual-wind Lange manufacture calibre L072.1 with chain-and-fusee transmission

On the movement imitations watches , the three-quarter plate made of untreated German silver, which can be admired through the sapphire-crystal case-back. The watch exhibits two complications - a fusée-and-chain transmission and a tourbillon (visible through the dial):

The fourth-wheel bridge is embellished with an elaborate relief engraving. Contrary to the more common method of engraving, the technique used for this piece sculpts the motif out of the material, in effect raising it from the background.

This extraordinary collector's item is limited to 15 pieces that are available exclusively at the five A.

where did you get Sirius' motto from

Author's Response: Sirius's motto actually ought to be credited. It's from the story 'The Princess Bride' by William Gold-something or other. One of the more brilliant books written in the last 50 years or so and I reccomend it to everyone!

I loved this! it was so well-written and Sirius and Remus were both really in-character. Great job, and I love how it's in present-tense.

Author's Response: Thanks so much. Writing in present tense seems to have become 'my thing.' I'd say the majority of my stories are written that way....

Very nice. The dog bit especially. And now I am wondering what it is with James and Peter...not that you will write that. Still, I am allowed ot wonder if they each wanted to go home for Christmas, or if they wanted to let Remus and Sirius have this holiday together, alone. And what each of them did on their holiday, as I am sure it was not anything like this. There is a point past which I just can't willingly suspend disbelief.

Umm..is there a formatting error, or am I missing something?

Author's Response:
Darn you. Now I want to go write James and Peter during Christmas. I give myself till...April 5th and if it's still bugging me I will write it for you and what comes after will be on your head.

Formatting and it's fixed now *grrargh

Please let this not be a one-shot. I want it to go on. I was a bit confused when it switched to all italics--was that on purpose, or did you forget to [/i] it?

Author's Response: There's another chapter. I don't know why this got marked completed. Seems to have been a bit of trouble with this and I don't know why. It'll be in Q soon!

Oh, this hit the sweet spot in me! I love it! Great work, Slian! Masterful & powerful!

I don't know which piece I like more . . . the "life is pain" thing, the snowflake-catching, Sirius-as-Padfoot or the "childlike enthusiam" line - tough decisions.

I just know I love it all!

Author's Response: Remus being childlike is my personal favorite in this chapter of the duo (the second of which should be up...soon?) *loves*

That was really sweet and cute! Though I think you may have had a problem with the italics. I liked Sirius's description of Remus as innocent...as usual, you write them both so well!
Oh, and I loved the Princess Bride quote. ;) One of the best lines in the movie!

Author's Response:
I did have a problem with them, but the tag is closed and fixed now.

Isn't it just?

Aww, this is so very sweet! Er, but was it intentional that half of this became italicized? Or am I just missing something?

I love your characterization of Remus and Sirius. They're just so... excellent. You show their faults as well as their strengths. This is just so sweet. Great job!!!

Author's Response:
Thank you so much!

The italicization (?) was a mistake and is now corrected. Thanks for pointing it out!
