Hi dude you took the start of the story with a bang you dont know how much i enjoyed it but i am really sorry and hate to tell you this but when i read the chapter reunion i was jus thinking everything would be back to normal but puting harry and ginny in such had made me cry really hard please dont take any offense i just thought i should let you know how much i suffered

WELL, THAT WAS THE BEST CHAPTER THAT I HAVE READ SINCE THE START OF THIS STORY. THANKYOU FOR TAKING MY MIND OFF THINGS. LUCIUS MALFOY'S DEATH WAS AMAZINGLY WRITTEN AND I HOPE THAT HARRY RON AND HERMIONE FIND GINNY AND THAT SHE IS STILL ALIVE. KEEP THE CHAPTERS COMING, HOW DID YOU GET OVER THE WRITERS BLOCK? BECAUSE I AM SORT OF STUCK AT THE MOMENT AND NEED TO GET WRITING AGAIN. Hey I will forgive you fore I of all people understand that life gets in the way of things. I read this the day it came out but it has taken me this long to review. You see I am a performer and had practice none stop for months basically. So you are off the hook this time but please do not make it a habit. Now on to the review of the story this is so amazing I love it but why did you have to kill more people why not just kill Filch and the death eaters and be done with it. I loved the thing with Essit it was amazing. It is a shame though that she had to die. OMG what will happen to Ginny you promised none of them would die but I still don’t want to wait to see what will happen. Please hurry I want to know what will happen to the hostages most of all. I am dying to know what happens next. Please don’t take forever again I get the life thing but I just can’t wait!!!!!!!!!

And I can't just kill off the "bad guys" and Filch, that's just not really realistic in my opinion. The odds that only one side loses people in a war are slim to none. It also brings out a bit more meaning and emotion when someone liked doesn't make it. I will stick to my promise that none of the main 4 will die though (that's not to say everything will end perfectly, but they won't die).

OMG that was awesome and score one for the muggles!!! Im glad your back now so that you can continue the story, although the death of some of the prisoners was sad more reality there :)

Author's Response: Yeah, I read a few fanfics where Muggles actually held there own a few times and I wanted to make sure that they had a bit of representation in my story. Unfortunately the newest Muggle Hero suffered the fate of a good number of heroes before him.
It's tough to write the deaths of the good guys, but I'm also trying to keep things as "realistic" as I can, and death in war is unfortunately all-too-real.

oh i love it!!!
finally here after sooo long. i admit i thought my pc had a problem in loading the page right; and i sometimes thought that the story had stopped somehow... what a relief it is to see a new chapter! and a really good one to that. now that everyone is together, they have a chance to defeat voldy once and for all. ginny's abduction: i was taken by surprise. im really looking forward to the other chapter.
lucius' murder was a bit gore...but i remembered the killings harry himself had made when he was in the dark side and yeah, it made sense and it is also your style and i like it.i admire you for that because i for one have difficulty in describing the acts as bluntly, often censoring things that may shock while i write.
oh and playwizard??? hahah, reminded me of playboy-good ref ;)

I admit I had a little too much fun killing Lucius off, with my vivid movie-like imagination, but I had planned his death-by-elf from the very beginning and I was very glad to finally write it. Author's Response: I've said I'll always finish all my stories, no matter what, and I plan to keep that promise. It sucks that I had to take such a long hiatus, and I'm sorry to all of you for that, but rest assured that no matter how long it takes between chapters, I will finish each and every story I write, because, as a fanfic reader myself, I know exactly how frustrating it is to get caught up in a fic that goes abandoned.

That was extremely well written. It flowed with the rest of the story and was long enough to make up some of the wait time. i am sorry i have not reviewed for awhile but of late i have taken to not doing it mnff has away of logging me out the second i try to submit a review and i lose everything that along with my comps. pesky security system makes it down near impossible to review and much more trouble than it is worth don't get me wrong i like reviewing but it is frusterating well enough of my rambleing and onto the review
This story still enchants me and contiues to make me want to read more and more but you haven't updated for soooooo long i am again in withdrawl mode and i need more what will happen on the rescue from the way it sounds caotic but thats not unusual for harry potter i do hope you don't kill anyone else that would devistate me i love all the charactures if you have to kill one kill gavin i don't like him as much or maybe filch hes not that cool either but a creavey come on well that was the only downfall of this truly amazing story ~waiting on a quick review pottergurl

But never fear, I am finished with the next chapter and am now running through a final edit. I should have it uploaded either tonight or tomorrow and then you'll only have to wait for the approval.

I just finished reading your fic so far, and i just gotta say its bloody brilliant! Your characterizations are fabulous, and you have the perfect mix of emotions throughout the story (you had me laughing, and smiling, and you had me crying for a good hour while i read some of this).
This is the best fic I've read in a long time! good job, can't wait for more!
