Author's Response: Thank you very much. Yeah, when I wanted to bring in another love interest, I wanted someone that wasn't as established as say someone like Lavender (not that I would ever pair her up with Harry, lol). I'm glad you like it so far.

Author's Response: It is in my plan to bring the necklace(s) back into the story at some point, but at this moment, I've only got a vague idea about what I'm gonna do. Either way it'll show up closer to the end, and maybe be mentioned a few times before then and now.

I'm not sure about the idea being original, though, I got the idea from another story written by SunDevil05 called "Adventures in Courtship" of which I gave credit to when I first introduced it. You'll have to give props to him/her. I really liked the idea myself so that's why I used it.

omg i absolutely LOVE this story!!! you know the feeling of anticipation of waiting for one of the actual hp books to come out and then the extreme sadness and dissapointment that the story is over after you finish? that's exactly how i feel waitnig for the next chapter to come out... i mean really an excellent writer like yourself should just have your story automatically aproved!

i know you've been getting loads of these reviews, i began reading this and was plesently surprised. I like how you've taken (perhaps childish?) Characters and made them grew up a LOT. The imperfections of each character makes a very detailed fan/fic. Well done and keep going...i like how Harry has moved on from Ginny for the moment, it'll only make their (hopeful) reunion only greater.

Author's Response: First of all, congratulations, you're my 300th review! There's no prize or anything, but I thought I'd point that out, lol

You've got the idea down pretty good. Those were my intentions from the beginning: Give some of the characters some flaws. Put some real emotion, good and bad, into the fic. So far it's worked out nicely.

And you're right about Harry's reunion with Ginny, but it won't by a 'sudden' get-back-together where everyone's happy and we move on to the final battle.

Harry's relationship with Susan will make his reunion with Ginny a little more meaningful, but it won't be one of those sugar-coated situations, where everything is perfect. Hopefully the idea comes off well, but I do plan on trying to make you all laugh, cry and be happy at what happens in the end.

Great Chapter! Its good to see Harry being accepted. I also like Ron's confession about his attitude towards Harry during the Dark Times. The Susan Bones relationship should give Ginny something to consider. she no longer has the option to sit back and ignore Harry.

after the long wait, the chapter we've all been waiting for is finally there. i loved this chapter, it was great! i have to say that i have been thinking of Harry having a girlfriend too a lot lately and you just bought it in so well. im just glad that he gets a girlfriend, then Ginny will realise she still loves him.. the fact that Ginny can hear his thoughts is surprising, how come she can hear these particular thoughts? and Hermione and Ron's abilities have greatly improved! i just hope he'll be alright.

I like how Ginny experienced his feelings in the Ministry ... wonder what she thinks of that kiss.

Author's Response: Unfortunately, I won't be delving further into the events of this chapter, so you won't be able to see her reaction to the kiss. But their connection will come into play hugely (is that a word?) in the next chapter, so you should be able to extrapolate what her reaction would have been.

I'm not going to give anything away, but I can tell you that Ginny has a bit of a rough road ahead, along with everyone else involved in this newly formed love-quadrangle. Hopefully everyone will like it. Thanks for the review, I appreciate it :)

Ok so this is my 3rd time trying to upload these comments so if they are repeating I deeply apologize! Great chapter! Maybe it was because I was expecting something totally different (and also much worse), but I really like where you took Harry. Bringing back the monster in his stomach was a nice touch because as far as we know he’s only had that reaction to one other girl (Ginny of course, and how ironic by the way!). You wrote yourself that Harry hasn’t had any girl contact in over 4 years and I feel that after all of this he deserves a little action! Plus this is him letting go of Ginny, which is what he ultimately needs to do to get her back. I just hope I’m going along the right line of thought and this isn’t going to drive a wedge further between them! I’m looking forward to seeing how Ginny reacts and how their connection plays a role, and seeing how Ginny is a little fireball herself, if she sends it right back to Harry.

I also want to say that I’ve read this whole story so far and I love that you’ve basically made Harry the most powerful wizard in the world. He can do anything he wants to magically, but he is still restricted by his human emotions. I’m a huge fan of the fact that these emotions run so strong with the people he cares about that they drive him to do evil things, though in his mind he sees them as good and justified It has a very strong “Jedi/Sith” theme to it. I really don’t know if that influenced you in any way, but keep up the good work!

And you are correct, I have been found out! Yes, I am a Star Wars fan. It wasn't my intention to write in so many things that seem similar to the SW universe, but I guess my subconscious just couldn't help it. Why mess with something that works eh?
