A beautifully told tale with only one wart: "where he would spend the rest of the night in his dormitory, not speaking to a sole." I wouldn't want to speak to the bottom of a shoe either!

Bittersweet way to end it. I love that sonnet though. I memorized it just recently. "But bends with the remover to remove." So will there be a sequel to this?
