This is a great story! I spent all day reading it over on fanfic.net. Very believable characters and whatnot!

I've already read this entire fic elsewhere, but I'm continuing to read it as it's posted here too, it's so good. From this chapter harry seems to be learning alot about himself. That he can't do things alone, that he does need Hermione and Ron despite all his protests. I loved how you had he and Hermione make friends again, it seems he will always be the sort to make friends whatever reality he's in. And I like how you've had him draw on his own experiences to help him and others, it was so nice of him to help Parvati. It must be quite odd to know an innocent Ginny, one who never had the diary. Oh and his not having the map or cloak is a nice touch too, he seems to have very few safe guards in this reality. It was also very interesting to see what happened to Harry's parents and possibley by association to the Longbottoms when they were attacked. We find very little out from canon about it, just get told they were tortured into insanity, this gives the event much more structure and feasibility. Can't wait for the next chapter.

wow I just found this story and I had to finish it all at once!! really great! I like the differences between this world and the real one. But what will Harry do? Im a little suspicious of this Neville but I suppose we will see soon.

This is such an amazing fic, I can't believe how much I've felt just reading these ffew chapters. I can't wait to read more about Harry's alternate reality, why isn't he friends with Ron, what is the secret Violet knows about him, what did she see when the dementors attacked, how come we've not seen Pettigrew anywhere yet, who was the girl in the photo with Violet????? I'm wondering if Violet was the one who opened the chamber of secrets. And if having his parents around made Harry grow up to be much more confident like James, maybe Ron hates him because he asked Ginny out. Please update soon, this is brilliant.
