Wow!! I can see the characters writing this. You captured the felling of despair just enough to make the poem so hopeful.

I like this a lot. There have certainly been enough times in my life when I have wished I could just fall asleep until all I was dealing with had passed. Your narrator is very human, good job. Keep writing! -Ananya

This was a great great story! Good job! I really liked it. I don't mean for this to be so short, but there's really no suggestions to make- it was perfect! I just wanted to give you this as kudos and props for such a good story!

This is the best poem I've read in a long time; I'm really impressed. You conveyed so much emotion in this short piece of writing. I especially loved how you flipped back and wrote a little bit about each year.
