I definately enjoyed this poem, coppercurls. It seems so un-HPish because of the vivid description and imagery you've put into it, something that, I dare say, the HP series lacks a bit. You've filled my mind to the brim with pictures of Harry's own comfortable wasteland, the streets. T.S. Eliot would be proud. =D

Author's Response: Thank you very much for both the kind words and the review. I hope it doesn't sound too HP-ish since I have a weakness for descriptive passages- an image is worth a thousand words. Thanks again!

Awesome. This was a really good poem, you portrayed Harry's emotions and thoughts really well. I can see Harry easily feeling this way.

'Here there is no world to save, we save it for ourselves.'

That is my favorite line of all. It's very, um, real, is a good word to describe it. Yeah, so great job!
~Emma

Author's Response: Thanks. I'd been reading so TS Elliot before writing the poem and I think some of his realistic descriptions rubbed off on me. He's a great poet, by the way, and I would highly reccomend him to anyone! Anyway, thank you again.
