Maybe YOU are SO amazing!!!
This story might even have been my favorite. It had me up until midnight (I started at 10:30) and I would not put down the iPad. You are the master of surprise climatic twists and write amazing happy endings. Exalted you are O best muggle net fan fiction author I am glad you grace this site with your words so all can read them. I'm sad I finished it because now there is no more.

Ohmygoodness!! That was waaay better than expected! You wrote it in a way that I could really feel what is meant. Dear, dear the way you built it up in the scenes in the church was amazing! I wouldn't lie to you right now, I just deleted 4 lines of review blabbing, but I can assure it was all a good balance between praising you and explaining myself why I did. I deleted it because it was getting very confusing.
So anyway, I'm sure you don't mind me inflating your ego a little bit. It's all good.

First, let me just say, I really, really, REALLY think there should have been a slip 'n slide- if nothing else, because Ginny did not marry Dick. I had waaay too much fun with the imagery there. Personally, though, my favorite moment in the entire story was when Harry jumps out of his stag form and says, "Now you're gonna explain why you were hitting my son!" because the first thought in my mind was, "Now the Dicky's gonna get his!" I literally almost fell out of my computer chair, I was so happy.

Favorite characters, without a doubt, are Lily, Annie, and Sirius. They really are brilliant little stinkers, to come with a wedding-crash like that. I liked Ginny's memories, too, they really gave me a bit more perspective and sympathy for her than I would have otherwise had. I like the "Peach Paint" incident- clever. :) And no, I'm afraid I have much too much of Hermione in me, but I knew Lily and Harry were not dead. I just knew, because if I wouldn't have the heart to kill those characters, I had faith that you wouldn't either... and maybe I saw the epitaph on accident while I was scrolling...

I really loved this story. It was different and very interesting to read. The plot twists continually kept me entertained and waiting for more. All in all, an excellent story.

I really enjoyed this story and love the tittle he he. I think you have done a really good job of keeping the characters true to how we would expect them to act and react. I love the line: "“Weasleys, Potters, people-who-insisted-on-coming-even-though-they-were-not-invited,” Uncle George paused to let his eyes linger on Dick" lol I love the humor you use but also the way you portray the other emotions instrumental to telling the story. The frustration Lilly and the other members of the family felt while Ginny was acting so out of character, the helplessness of being a child who desperately wanted their parents together for a 'happy ending', the anger, the fear, the elation, the hope, happiness and love you did a very good job in drawing you in to feel what the characters were feeling. It was nice to see it from Lilly's point of view it was a nice take on the situation. I really look forward to reading more of your work as i was completely hooked on this one I was really intrigued so see what was going to happen next I stayed up all night readying it :-). So thank you for a wonderful story and keep up the good work.

You did fool me into thinking Lily was dead for a second. Then I read the first two sentences of the next paragraph. But it was good, nonetheless. I liked how this ended, and I liked that Lily was the central character (and the eldest Potter child), which is such a refreshing change from them having a male first-born (be it Sirius or James).
It was a really funny story, despite being sad at times, and I thought you had a really creative interpretation of the events of life in the Potter family. I liked that you didn't go quite as cliche on the names as so many writers (including Rowling) did, and that you even created a back story to choosing some of the names. I also got the feeling that you had/have at least an overview (and a pretty clear and thorough one) of what happened in their seventh year if we disregard DH. I'd like to read that play out eventually, though I understand that "Puddles" and "I'll Pick You Up" are both time-consuming on their own right now.

I'm glad you found it funny and creative and liked it overall :) I did actually have my own version of the seventh book -- one that actually had a handful of chapters posted -- but I just didn't have the heart to finish it after DH came out. I'm constantly coming up with new ideas, most of which I end up writing in one or two shots, but yes, right now, I'm trying to focus on those two.

Wow! that is actually a really great story. You know what the best part was (apart from the epilogue)? The fact that Dick wasn't the mastermind-Malfoy was. I knew Malfoy was linked somewhere into this. Oh, and by the way, I also thought that at the last Avada Kedavra, Harry had been killed...only when I read the next section I found out that Malfoy had killed himself. What a shock that was!
