ohhh... I really this story! it kinda makes Ron out to be an insensitive git, but I guess he IS, but ya gotta love that hair! I feel so bad for Eloise, it puts the "butober puss" comment in a whole new light for me, although, didn't they have Herbology w/ the slytherins, so why would eloise be there? unless she's a slytherin... or a griffindor! that would be a big plot twist! ok... I'm rambling now.. but great fic so far!
Author's Response: Thanks! Eloise is a Hufflepuff, and yes, the Gryffindors do have Herbology with the Hufflepuffs, I Lexiconned it.

very good AND original. you've touched on a topic most writers avoid. Marietta seems like an amazing person to stick with Eloise even though Marietta is obviously so popular. a little flat, though. 9/10.

I came up with the idea for this story when I had a case of writer's block and couldn't think of anything to write about, so I just thought, Hey! Nobody ever talks about Eloise that much, that'd be something I could kind of take license with, so.. Okay, I'm rambling.
Is it a coincidence that Marietta has the same first name as Marietta Edgecombe, the girl who betrayed the D.A.?
In any case, this is good, and makes the reader really like Eloise. I can definitely sympathise with Eloise-- although I don't have an acne problem, whenever I get zits, my younger brother and sister always mock me to no end.
I like the part about her having a thing for Ron Weasley, too.
