What a lovely little story! Yes, it's a bit silly of me to pick a Christmas story to read and review this time of year, all I can say is that I'm a sucker for a good Christmas fic. And this definately fit that bill.

I loved how a hardly noticed character can give one of our heros a new-found perspective. But I love how you incorporated Nott. He wasn't an Angle of Christmas past. He was a bit crude and uncooth. But he was sensible and poinient, without being overly fluffy. I liked the varied point of view on Ron's situation, and how Ron took that to heart.

I only found one edit to point out:

The dark boy turned to finally look Ron in the eye from beside a large jar of red floating things in a jar.
You don't need the second "in a jar"

And now, I must apologize for not being a fan of yours before! How is it you have at least 2 huge stories up, and I've never read them before! Shame on me! I will have ot work on rectifying that.

I know that we haven't known each other that long, only a couple of months. But I have to say, that my life is richer with you in it! I can't believe how quickly we connected, and know that I appreciate your friendship immensely! Here's to a long lasting friendship, and much more fangirling! Cheers!
