Author's Response: I have 2 more chapters written, and I have repeatedly tried to get them submitted. Unfortunately, each time I submit Chapter 3, they delete it wiithout telling me why. So far, it has been submitted and deleted five times without me having been informed as to why. Don't worry, I shall try again and again, as soon as the queue reopens!
