This is a very intresting idea! At first I thought it was going a different way, but I really liked this. I wonder if that boy who helped her was Harry Potter or not...oh well, the best stories have secrets, I know. Snape seemed a little OOC at first, but you did a good job explaining why that was so (even then I can't see him changing his teaching style that much).
Hm...if I was a little less tired, I would find something to nitpick. But you get out of my nitpickyness for now. :-)
