Chapter: The Hall of Love

Interesting situation with the trio. I find it hard to believe they all survive from the war, but this is an interesting alternative. Just because they survive doesn't mean they live happily ever after. Hmmmm....

Author's Response: Ah, indeed. Who is to say they will live happily ever after? But, I suppose everyone will have to wait for the sequel on that one...

Cool! I like your discription of love, and that the room is both physically and emotionally demanding. I've never read a story about this room before, so I can't wait to continue. Cheers!

Author's Response: I really enjoyed playing with the locked room =)

Chapter: Hope

No, this was not the ending I was expecting, but good all the same. Any chance of a sequel?

Author's Response: It's in the works, as is a potential side story on Mr. Deogol... It just didn't feel right taking this particular story out of the DoM, and it was about Arthur's personal journey more than the outcome of the cure. But, I think there is definite potential for a very good story in a sequel. Thanks so much for reading!

Chapter: Hope

Hi Ashley!
Great ending. :) I'm so glad you stuck to what you had planned, and I'm so happy for you for how well it turned out! I think this sums it up:
And they will have this moment,” he paused as he held out the glowing box in his hand, “no matter the outcome. They will not be lost in fear and hate anymore, Arthur. You will bring them love, and that is worth everything.”
And this just really finished it perfectly:
No matter what happened in the hospital, he was bringing them this memory, this golden moment. The night of The Great Battle would haunt them no longer, he was quite certain of that.
With those lines, you brought it full circle and tied it up wonderfully. Hope was the perfect name for this chapter!
So a sequel, hm? That would be lovely, I hope you go for it. You've also dropped a bit of a plot bunny with Mr. Deagol there at the end. ;)
Once again - great job! I really enjoyed reading this great story. It deserved all the kudos it received in the HWPP. It was beautiful and touching and very original.
I also enjoyed chatting with you about it. :)
Keep up the great work - and good luck with the rest of the story! :)
~Gina :)

Author's Response: Hey Gina! Thanks so much for all your great comments and support with this story. I loved hearing your thoughts and opinions, and I'm glad you agree with me about the ending. I agree about the title for the chapter! It just felt so perfect. Thanks for reading, dear! ~Ashley

That was a wonderful ending. I would have liked to see whether it works, but I know what you mean when you say this seemed like the perfect ending. Arthur showed courage and love going to get this memory, and if nothing else, the cycle of fear and loss will be broken. Thanks for the wonderful story! I really enjoyed it. :)

Author's Response: Thanks very much! I'm glad you think the ending fit, I was really pleased with it. I really am considering a sequel that will give everyone the answers they are missing. Thanks for reading/reviewing!

I was checking to see if any of your stories were updated or anything, but they weren't, so I clicked to go back to my account info thing, and when i scrolled down the first most recent story was this one! So i screamed and I read it. perfect timing, eh?

This story was so amazing! I know I've said this a thousand times before, but I just can't get over how amazing your writing style is! i love it! you're incredible! The plot was amazing too (of course) But you better write a sequel!!!!! I had no idea it was gonna end like that! Though I liked the ending, i'm just the type of person who doesn't like to guess. i have to have it written out for me. so i need to find out if they're all okay! Details!!!
Starts chant "sequel, sequel, sequel!"
~Chloe
*runs off chanting and holding sign saying, "sequel" (and the other side of the sign says "eat the cliffie machine" that i'll be using for your other story :D*

Author's Response: Hey Chloe! Thanks so much, I'm glad you liked this story. I had planned to end it this way from day one, so I was reluctant to change that. I'm keeping the sequel idea in mind, you'll be among the first to know if I do one =)

Awwww! I love this story! The snowball fight is beautiful, as is Ron's stumbling proposal. He doesn't need to be smooth and perfect for Hermione to love him -- they don't need to be perfect, for each other. You show that very well.

Hermione chuckled turning back towards the window, her face illuminated in golden streams of light.
You're missing a comma between "chuckled" and "turning".

Great conversation at the end. It's lovely to make Ginny the goal, instead of shoved out of the way. And the necklace gift is a cute idea.

Very well done! I can't wait for the next part!

Author's Response: Thanks, that was a great review. No matter how many times I proofread, I still miss something... sigh. I have one chapter left, hopefully everyone will like it. Thanks for reading!

Wow! That was perfect. It wasn't over done, it just showed what their goals were and their feelings for each other. I hope that you have Ginny present when they wake up. (at least I hope you show that part!) I have been really enjoying this story, and look forward to see how you end it! Arthur realizing that he had to see the ravages of war and small good times was a great moment too, and probably my favorite part of this chapter.

Author's Response: I'm not positive how it will end to be honest. The story was really about the room and Arthur's visions, so we may not see beyond the DoM... but that might be subject to change... Anyway, thanks for reading! I'm glad you liked this chapter, it definitely gave me some trouble. Thanks!

Chapter: The Golden Day

Ashley! That was wonderful! I feel rather sentimental and sniffly right now. :) I loved this line: If anything could pull them out of their nightmarish memories, it was the promise of each other. That really sums up these three people, doesn't it? It was a beautiful line.
I also liked their discussion at the end, about what was getting them through. I was wondering if Ginny had any role to play in Harry's life, and I like how you worked her in. But Hermione's last statement was brilliant. One last golden day. Love It was beautiful! Now bring them out of it, and Arthur too! :)
Great work, I hope you are proud of this story. It is original, beautiful, and emotional. Congratulations on a wonderful chapter!
~Gina :)

Author's Response: Thanks so much, Gina! Those comments mean so much coming from you *huggles* I have become very, very proud of this story. Its by far the most emotionally challenging fic I''ve tackled. Hopefully the last chapter will close everything up perfectly, not positive how it will end yet. Thanks for reading!!
