I think theyre being a little unfair to Hedwig here..she certainly is a very important owl.good story!

i loved hedwig's point of view, i especially liked the part: Then the barn owl Tom told me that a screech owl had told him that a barn owl had told her that a snowy owl had told him that a thestral i don't know i just find that funny, its like telephone (the game)

That's a very good story. I like the way you told it from Hedwig's point of veiw. And you're right, Hedwig dosent get enough credit at all. Every body seems to take owls for granted, so its good that ther's a story wrote especially for Hedwig.

I loved how you used repetion in your one-shot, it really added to the piece as a whole. I like the personality you created for Hedwig, it was an interesting aspect to take up with her. I thought the owl hiarchy with where everyone sat on the beams in the owlery was an interesting idea also.
My favourite part was the whole section about the basilisk. How Hedwig found out by relation and knew before Harry did. Wonderful one-shot!
