I really like this; actually it's probably one of my favorite poems I've read on this site (even though I normally hate Severus/Narcissa). I don't really know what to say about it as poetry except that it sounded good to me, but I also really like the insight into the characters. Good job!

Author's Response: Thanks. I'm glad you liked it. I must admit that I've had problems with SS/NM until I realized that you really can't help who you fall for, and since I picture it as unrequited and more importantly unacknowledged, it works well. I'm a horrible judge of poetry, but for what it's worth I liked this. It had a nice flow, and I kinda like the idea of a Severus/Narcissa pairing. Well done!
