Chapter: Mary Sue, Marauders Love You!

O.M.G. that was good! how is the 2nd mary sue related to this one? are they related at all??? anyway, it was a very satisfying prequel!

Author's Response: The present day Sue is an Evangelista too, the daughter of River's cousin's son. (the square, establishment side of the family, LOL) I'm so psyched you liked it! :D

Liked the fic, all the hippie stuff was genius. Just the thought of a hippie Mary Sue is amusing, more so when you actually read it. But you’re right; Mary Sue is always “in” and “cool” so 60 = hip.
I was going around talking like that the whole day… just barely escaped murder…

Author's Response: Thanks dude! I wrote the first story for anger management therapy, lol, and the second for pure parody enjoyment. It was a gas, so I'm stoked you liked it. In the words of MS "Bitchin'!" (and, like, I'm glad you escaped murder, man :D)

The Beatles are my favorite band in the whole wide world!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! sorry... I'm only half insane. This is a great story. I love the 60's! UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!

Author's Response: Hey, I look at the glass as half full, LOL. I'm glad you liked the flower-power references. They were a gas to write! Thanks again, in more ways than one! ^_~

Oh, I forgot to add that I loved all the Beatles stuff you through in there. I'm in love with the Beatles. Do you like them?

Oh, and I had my sister read the first Mary Sue story, like I said I would. She thought it was funny, but her first comment was, "Mary Sue's a slut." LOL!

Author's Response: What other "good" can she possibly be other than a guilty-pleasure/snog-all-the-hot-guys read? :D Haven't you ever read a story and thought "I would've liked her better if she'd been a tart?" I love the Beatles, my mum cleaned house to them, full blast, along with every other classic rock group from the sixties forward, so they'll always be England's greatest band to me, whatever Oasis or Coldplay says to the contrary, LOL.

:P

Author's Response: :D (This reminds me of watching foreign films without subtitles, which would bother Mary Sue not at all, because she just watches for the costumes and hot guys anyway, LOL.)

It's very good, but she's a slut.

Author's Response: A pure-as-the-driven-snow, guys worship chastely type of Sue is the more usual kind, but since girls just wanna have fun and whatnot, I preferred to write the tarty type. ^_~

Bleh, slut. :P

Author's Response: Hey, I think if Mary Sue is going to exist, she at least ought to get with every hot guy she can, and be good for vicarious enjoyment if nothing else! :D

That was like so cool, dude. Totally far out.

Haahaa! Thanks for that bit of entertaining enjoyment. I like all the 70s comments. Very fun. Oh, and Grampy Dumbledore rocks.

Author's Response: He is groovy in a far out, happenin' kind of way, LOL. I'm so glad you enjoyed it! =)

LOL this one is just as funny, maybe even funnier than mary sue, i love you! i love "you're the fuzz, jamie!" hilarious! just one thing, though... why "romeo to her rosaline?" didn't rosaline never return romeo's "love"? anyway... funny story!

Author's Response: I think Rosaline returned his love...and then looked into another rad guy's amazing eyes and soon found herself in another's arms, breaking Romeo's heart...for about six seconds, LOL.

Wow, this was really good. I liked how you made Mary-Sue a hippie, that was so cool. I don't think anyone's ever done that before. I liked how she was with each of the Mauraders plus Snape... she sort of touched each of their lives. Anyway, it was very well written. You captured the "essence" of a free spirited hippie chick so well!

I also liked how you said "ensnare the senses" as well. And how she ended up getting James and Lily together.

Author's Response: Alan Rickman is responsible for giving Snape that ensnaring voice- Bless him!

Author's Response: Thank you! It was so much fun to write, way more than it would be to read a "serious" Sue, where humor is distinctly lacking, lol. (intended anyway, heh)
