Author's Response: Thanks so much for the review!
Ouch, sucks for Andrea. well good chapter as always, and will be keeping an eye out for the next.
Author's Response: Agreed; poor Andrea. Thanks so much for the review!
wow that was gd
Author's Response: Thanks so much!
Oooh! New character, cool! And could the locket possibly be... a horcrux... who knows! So many interesting questions, such a great and suspenseful plot! :D I loved this and I loved Rosmerta's cameo! I can't wait to read more! Update soon!
Author's Response: Heehee thanks so much! I knew you all would recognize the locket right away. Hahaha.
Thanks so much for the review! Next chapter is waiting in the beta's email already!Eponine
to tell you the truth this wasnt your best chapter, it would have been better if you had something about Lottie or more about hogwarts.
Author's Response: Thanks for the review.
That's okay - we've all got our opinions. I liked it because I thought it was a nice break from Lottie for the reader. But don't worry, the story focuses back on Lottie for a while in the next chapter. Thanks for the review!
Lottie has such... sticky fingers. When it comes to forbidden things! But it makes her so fun! I also love seeing a more hardened side of Andrea - in the gutters, especially. I find myself forgetting that Andrea grew up in a camp, too, sometimes. I can't wait to see what happens next and I loved Snape's appearance! I can't wait to find out what the book is all about! Update soon!
Author's Response: Hahah that she does - it's sort of like a compulsion that developed over my writing time. Yeah, poor Andrea tries so hard to prove herself as a part of the wizarding community - she's sort of like Hermione in that way. But she did grow up in the camps and was in a group of friends kind of like Lottie's. She actually does cameo in chapter one... /rambling
Hahah I had a good time writing Snape. Thanks so much for the review!Eponine
Ooooh, very anticipating! Normally, people don't really make a prologue something that it's supposed to be, if that makes sense. This, for example, is a very nicely written prologue. You learn a little bit, you hear of some unfamiliar characters, and some we know of. We learn of deaths and some events, which is really what a summary should be. It shouldn't be too detailed or too in-depth, and you did a nice job of displaying that here. You did a great job capturing the readers attention, and I absolutely love your writing style. You get an A+ for that!
I can't wait to find out what everything means, I'll definitely be on of your regular readers! :D
Author's Response: Oh wow, thank you so much for the review! I really tried to keep my prologue prologuey because a pet peeve of mine is when authors just call their first chapter the prologue.
Thank you so much for review!Eponine
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE UPDATE
Author's Response: I'm trying! I really really am! My beta and I have been planning to do chapter eighteen before Monday, so hopefully it'll be really really soon.
Thanks so much for the review!Eponine
Oh, and I must apologise on the typos I just made on my last review >.<
Obviously it should read: 'I don't plan to stop reading this story...'
Author's Response: Haha no problem - I hardly even noticed. =D
Whee! I was too busy to keep up with the updates, but now I've caught up. Echoing the many reviewers before me, I have to say that I'm don't plan on stopping reading this story - it's too good! The suspense and mystery is as good as ever, as are your wonderful characters (I love Naesa) and the tie-ins with the Order that disappeared so long ago...
And poor Andrea, having detention, hee. *hugs her*
I can't wait for the next chapter.
Author's Response: Thanks so much! Aw I've missed you -- stop being so busy, we need to chat! Thank you so much for your review, I'll update as soon as possible!
Answers! :D I love how you answer bits and pieces while still introducing new suspense and keeping the old questions very much alive. Wonderful combination and it makes for a very creative and intricate plot! Plus the characters are brilliant, of course! Update soon! I can't wait to read more!
Author's Response: Ahh thanks so much! I love to hear things like that because it's what I'm working so hard to do. Thank you so much for the review!
Cool! I'm trying to think if Stainthorpe could be some canon character who got married... but it could be anyone. Gah! I'm curious! Ah well, can't wait for the next update!
Author's Response: Thanks! Hee, are you sure she couldn't be anyone? There are still quite a few canon characters who made it through the war and are still lurking out there.
Thanks so much for the review! I'll try to update before I leave on holiday, but if I don't, it may be a while... Sorry -- family trip.Eponine
Cool! I'm interested to know what happened to all the canon characters...which ones survived, and what they're doing now, I mean.
Author's Response: Ooh good question. =D You'll find a few more people who are still alive soonish.
Thanks for the review!Eponine
good chapter, and i'm definately going to keep reading after DH. really want to see where this new (to them, except for the switchign around part) piece of info takes them plot wise. it's going to be bitter sweet having to change stories to AU in my opinion...oh well had to happen.
Author's Response: Oh good! I was worried that I'd have no readers... I planned to keep writing anyway, but having readers usually makes the process a bit more interesting.
Ooh Lottie and Andrea will be going some very interesting places soon. I'm actually sort of excited to move it to AU -- it's one of my favorite categories. Let's just hope that the basic idea of my story is wrong. Thanks so much for the review!
please update as soon as possible i hate it when people dont update
Author's Response: Haha I'll try as hard as I can! My next chapter is already with the beta, if it makes you feel better. Don't worry, I'll update as much as possible until the story is finished.
Thanks so much for the review!Eponine
Oooh, cool, I love them finding out more about the Order! I hope they find Grimmauld Place. But... arrgh, Lottie, why? :) So stubborn! But a brilliantly realistic OC because of it (and other qualities, of course). I love the suspense in every chapter, and I can't wait to find out more! Plus, I'm still waiting for the reappearance of the robes and snakeskin... :) Update soon!
Author's Response: They're definitely going to learn a lot more about the Order than they thought. Hahah I actually laughed out loud at that Lottie comment. Thanks so much! I'm working hard to keep her realistic, if not slightly annoying... haha.
The robes and snakeskin will pop up... eventually. *Smiles*Thanks so much for the review!
ohhhh the fun we had with this chapter title.
Author's Response: Hahahah oh yes. The readers don't even know how the chapter was finished for two weeks before it was posted because we couldn't think of a chapter title. Of course, the obvious option was staring us right in the face the entire time. *Facepalm*
Thanks for reviewing, Beebs!Schnoobly
gotta love it, abbs
always a pleasure fixing up such great writing
Author's Response: Aww! Thanks so much for reviewing and for making my stories not suck! <3
hm, i can almost see this parallel with Nicholas Flamel. well whatever good chapter. hope to find out how this new bit of information will playout.
Author's Response: Ooh I hadn't even thought of that! I think my readers pick up on more than I do. x_x
Hahah thanks so much for the review!'Ponine
Please update faster your story has a lot lose ends that I cant wait for them to get tied up. S'il vous plait.
Author's Response: Hahah I'll try my best to go as quick as I can!
Thanks so much for the review!Eponine
