I LOVE that he's found a purpose.. running is good for him. I have to admit, though, that cargo shorts are impractical, though I really love the shirt. *~* The OOCness is minimal, very uncommon in D/G. I liked the development of Draco's summer. Keep up the good work, and remember not to let Harry treat Ginny like a little girl too often..
