wow this is an incredibly beautiful chapter. writing wise, i really like the way your style changed from lily and james: their story of love. it's much darker, which i like, and it's also very plot filled. also leaves me on a cliffhanger, i really want you to continue this one, please?
Wow. I am officially addicted to this story. I've just recently gotten back into reading at MNFF, and this story has blown my mind.
To be honest, I was in a rather emotionally abusive relationship myself, and I continually went back to it despite my friends' warnings. I feel a very strong bout of sympathy for Lily, as well as a frustration with her for ignoring good sense.
This fanfic is real and raw, and you have truly captured the nature of an abusive relationship. The best and most real emotion you've given Lily is the lack of self-esteem. I remember feeling so worthless without that boy, and then feeling almost as bad when with him, and yet still feeling like I was helping him.
Just wow. Amazing job. Can't wait to read more.
