Wow! I love the character of Selene. I think you have written Snape very true to character as I imagine him being. This is a story that I will be checking daily for updates! Keep up the good work please!
Author's Response: Oh, I am so glad you told me that! I've worked very hard to make Selene as likeable as possible, and to keep Snape as Snapeish as possible. :) So thank you very much! I shall keep working to the fullest.

Did you make up empathmagi? I absolutely love the idea. I probably can't hide what I'm feeling anyway, so I don't find it frightening - well, maybe if Voldemort were one. But then, I doubt most people would be feeling much but terror in his presence...
Ah, yes - is it only what you are feeling at the moment that can be sensed? Selene seems to have Snape's whole menu...

Author's Response: I did make up empathmagi, yes. :) Generally, Selene can read a whole scope of things - like current emotions, bottled emotions, the person's nature, etc. So she can really sense a lot when she decides to take a dive into somebody. Precisely why she only uses it on occasion - as you'll discover later, it can be a little overwhelming for her. :) I'm glad you're enjoying it! :)
Wow, that's all I can say, wow. Do you work with horses by any chance? You must, because your explanation for lamnitis is so through. I ride horses too!

Author's Response: It does indeed take place during Harry's fourth year. It starts out a little bit more as a romance fic, but the dark/angsty elements will come about a bit later... the potential for cheese is alarming. ;) I'm glad you're enjoying it!
