AWW.......I LOVE IT!!....what i like is that hermione....was......hmmm...i know the word....she was.....CRYPTIC!! THATS IT!...she was very cryptic which she sometimes isnt...she just gives the staight forward answer, but i like this more mysterious hermy....or 'mione......w/e...GREAT JOB!
Author's Response: Good to hear from you again, Narci! Yes, she was. But it was, in the end, just a dream, and that's where all the mysteriousness and such developed from. And then Draco had to figure out for himself what he had to do. I'm so happy you liked it!
Aww, that was so sweet!!
I didn't like how Hermione was all vague &distant, but the story wouldn't have worked if she wasn't so.. yeah. =)
Great job on these one-shots!
Author's Response: Thank you. But, yeah, 'sweet-ish' is more fitting, since the themes and the fact that he's hanging off a cliff might overshadow some of the sweetness ;) I'm glad you thought Hermione had to be vague and distant like I portrayed her. In the end, she was only a dream, and I wanted to depict that dreaminess. Thank you for the great reviews, xLiFEerasedx!
Wow. I mean, wow. I think it's my favourite story of this series. I can't even say why. I just love it so much. I mean the scene where Draco was just about the climb up the rock, but then said the Mudblood comment and suddenly realized what it meant. Loved it. :)
Also, I liked the good old grumpiness of Draco, the way he snapped and yelled at Hermione when she didn't pull him up.
The idea is great as well, original, and your writing is very good, too. :)
Author's Response: Thank you so much! I'm so flattered that you liked the idea of it all, and that you felt that Draco was in character. Thank you very much for another great review!
Also, you may be too busy writing Isabelle (which I can't wait to read!) or one of your other stories, but if you have extra time and feel like checking out my story Tall, Dark, and Handsome, I'd be happy to hear what you think. :)
Author's Response: Yes, "Isabelle" is in progress, but I'm taking a break from it at the moment to come up with some interesting ideas to continue it, and so I have actually started another one-shot (I don't know its name yet though). But even though I'm writing these stories and I'm up to my ears in exams, I managed to read that story of yours and review it :) Go check it out... ~Eilime
Well, I've reviewed most of your other stories, so you probably know what I'm going to say but I'll say it anyway-- this is beautiful! Absolutely love it! It's powerful and moving, and realistic at the same time. Just one question: what the heck is a Dramione Award?
Author's Response: Thank you so very much! I'm very flattered. The Dramione Awards are awards given to different Draco/Hermione fanfictions out on the net that readers have nominated. This is the link: http://www.dramione.tornpages.net/ (Voting starts May 15 I think) Thank you for another great review, flying_garden_gnome!
That is so sweet! Hermione is his redemption! I really love it!
Author's Response: Thank you so much!
Cool... all ur one-shots r hard 2 put down. Can't wait for ur next one... Cheerio... : )
Author's Response: I'm happy to hear you like this story, and my other D/Hr one-shots. I hope I'll get the next one up soon. Thank you!
I agree that you should keep writing your Dr/Hr One-Shots. They're just sooo good!! Definitely my fave!!
Author's Response: Thank you for your support. I'm flattered to hear you like them all. Thanks!
Among all of your one-shots, this is my second favorite. I liked 'Finality' the most. I would just like to praise you once again: *praises*. You've become one of my favorite authors and now that you've been added, I now have three. After two years of reading fanfiction, I've only come to find few people worthy of reviews because I'd hate to upset people by reviewing on how ridiculous I think their stories can be (no offense!). I love that you can switch to different genres and still be good at it. You have this uncanny ability to write Draco and Hermione just as they were in the books, never the slightest OOC but still make their pairing work. Very few authors could do that. *Applauds once again before exiting* Cheers!
Author's Response: I'm happy to hear it. I'm utterly flattered to have become one of your favourite authors, and that you seldom leave reviews or even have that many favourites makes it even more flattering. I'm pleased to hear that you think I can write stories under different genres - and succeed in it, too. I'm happy you don't think Hermione or Draco are OOC in my stories. Thank you so very much! I really appreciate your kind words.
Good story, he always does blow his chances, doesn't he?
Author's Response: Thank you. Yeah, he does. Hope this time's different :)
that was brilliant!! i really love all your one-shots, keep writing please! =)
Author's Response: Thank you very much! I'm happy to hear you liked them all. I will!
I enjoyed reading this story and look forward to more! (I've read all your other dr/hr one shots and loved them all!) Keep it up! :D
Author's Response: I'm so happy to hear it! And I really appreciate that you've taken the time to read all my Hermione/Draco one-shots. Thanks!
First off, “What do you want me to do? Stick a rocket up my arse and fly up?” was hilarious. Second, I really loved this story. I also liked Two Lattes from Hell, Please better, but this story was really good as well. It was very intense and I really felt sad when Draco blew it and Hermione was all disappointed and said, "I really thought you could do it." I loved how you wrote his 'transofrmation', or reason for it, in this very new way. It was definitely an interesting read. I'm looking forward to your next instalment (Isabelle I think is was called). Keep up the awesome work!
Author's Response: Hehe, I'm glad you liked it. Thank you! Yeah, I felt a bit sad too when I decided, and wrote, the ending of the 'dream'. I'm glad you liked the overall idea with his transformation. I'm pleased to hear you liked it. I'm looking forward to your comment on the next instalment, then. (And, yes, it's called "Isabelle") Thank you for the great review!
I liked it, but not as much as I did TLFHP. It was a very interesting read, and definately something different than from the normal Dr/H fics. I liked how you transitioned from the dream into reality. Pagans. Ha. *shakes with laughter* That was a good one. Nice, Eilime, nice.
Anyway, I like how this went with what Draco had to do - change himself. I like how you took that one simple topic and turned it into a great one shot. Awesome job!
Author's Response: Thank you! I'm pleased to hear it was good and different, and that you liked the dream/reality transition. So you at least liked the pagans :) Thank you. I'm happy to hear you liked the overall theme of the story. Though a lot of D/Hr stories have Draco changing, this was not the change in itself but what got him to change, or who, and I'm happy to hear it turned out all right. Thanks!
This was pretty good, although I dont really understand why you had th 6th-7th years rating. Anyway... WHAT THE HELL IS WITH YOU AND YOUR FETTISH FOR THE PAGANS!!!???? WHAT HAVE THEY DONE!!!????
Author's Response: Thank you! The rating was perhaps a bit off... I guess it's just routine. Heh, I knew you would get me for that one! I mentioned the perpetual pagans just for you, seriously. And they have done nothing, believe me. Cheerio!
That was such a great chapter! I can't wait until you have another one up! Keep up the brilliant work!
Author's Response: Thank you very much! I hope you'll leave a review for the next one too, then. Thanks!
Wonderful,just wonderful!Probably your best one-shot yet!
Author's Response: Thank you! I'm happy to hear you liked it!
