HeeHee I think you're somewhat of a twisted romantic yourself (like this Draco). Hermione is so in character that, ah it's wonderful! And Draco, at first she sees him exactly as she knew him, the "imp...polishing his three-pronged fork" haha it's great.
And it fits Draco's personality that once insulted and spurned long enough, he would walk away. And leave her waiting and expecting to pop up at the last minute before Hermione gives up in despair. Ah, 'twould serve her right.
But my favourite part (aside from "Jack McFarland") is that there's no mention of affection or suppressed desire here, just an appeal for forgiveness.
Author's Response: There might be some twisted romantic in me... I'm pleased to hear you thought Hermione was in character. Yes, at first Draco's as what he once was, but in the end he is actually named 'Draco' instead of Malfoy, imp, Satan or whatever epithets Hermione's mind gave him. I'm glad you see Draco as in character as well. The characters' personalities are so important to get right, so I'm very happy you liked the outcome. Hehe, Jack McFarland... Draco really did remind me of him when he did his remorse act. No, you're right; there no romance in here (apart from what the readers might interpret will happen later on). Thank you for the great review, Phoenix3!
i loved it and i love will and grace. Jesus Christ, Joseph, Mary, mother of God what a good story.
Author's Response: Thank you very much, born4purple!
Perfect, which is what I've come to expect of you.
Author's Response: Thank you!
that was interesting. it wasn't mushy gooshy and lovesick. thats kinda makes me wanna throw up after reading it so many times. but your stories always a have a way of surprising me and thats why i keep reading. you should publish one of them and send it somewhere. you really should! anyways, if you could give me some tips i would be very grateful, since i wanna be a good writer too! ^-^
Author's Response: Thank you. I'm very pleased to hear that my stories don't make you want to throw up ;) I don't really think I'll be able to publish any of these, though. Oh, I don't know what tips to give you... Just take the time each chapter needs. Ask yourself questions about your stories, so there won't be any loopholes. Be original, creative, and don't be afraid of attacking a specific theme/genre/issue; just go for it. But be careful you don't get into something you don't know much about. In that case, research inevitable and profitable. Good luck, withoutaclue91!
This is one of the best one-shots I've ever read, by far. No cliches, all original stuff.
And the cafe plan? Pure brilliance.
Author's Response: Thank you very much, B_Bootyful!
Wow. Malfoy, Draco Malfoy, cafe stalker. :) There was an edge of humor in here that made Hermione's comparisons of him to the devil very fitting. I liked the way all the people in the cafe ganged up on her to forgive him. And the way she sort of expected him, later, and he didn't come :'( was so sweet! This is the only Draco/Hermione fic I've given a chance -- I'm a canon stickler -- but I must say you've impressed me. I don't say this very often about strange ships, but... Very good job!!! I loved it loved it loved it!!! :)
Author's Response: Hehe, "caféstalker" - yeah, that's him. I'm glad you liked the comparisons with the devil and everything. I thought that having everyone in the café side with Draco would be a nice and funny touch (and they don't even now what he's apologizing for...). Yes, everyone seemed to like the part where she's suddenly expecting him to come. I'm glad you gave this one a chance then. Thank you so very much, PadfootBaby!
Author's Response: :)
OMG that was so good! It didn't seemed forced or rushed. Great job!
Author's Response: Thank you very much, HeRmYgInS!

“'Oh, come on!' the Lord of Metaphors exclaimed."
Haha, that was hilarious.
Oh, and the "Grim Reaper?" XD too funny.
Alrighty, I think my favorite so far is now a tie between this one &the third one. ^^;
Author's Response: Thank you very much, xLiFEerasedx!
awww. That was so sweet and quirky and fun! And witty, too. More adjectives could be used but I'm in a lazy mood.
Author's Response: Thank you very much, Poosche. I'm glad you liked it.

i keep reading it.! (blushes)
Author's Response: Thank you, myriads. I really appreciate it! (blushes)
Nice...I'm definitely not a D/Hr shipper (no offense), but this was just great! Not full our snogging or anything either! You have wonderful potential for writing!
Author's Response: I'm very flattered that you liked it considering you don't like this ship at all. Thank you for the compliment, obsessedwithron, I really appreciate it.
You've writen Draco & Hermione as real people and managed to achieve the same intensity and story goals without having them throw themselves at each other for no reason - HUGE points for style. I loveTwo Lattes From Hell, definitely the best fanfic I've read.
Author's Response: Thank you very much for the flattering words. I'm glad you like the style, and I really appreciate your review, ravenwise!
simply good. this one's so different from all the other h/d's i've read, its sort of refreshing actually. and have i mentioned in my other 3 reviews that i love malfoy's one-liners? hilarious :D
Author's Response: Thank you so much, chloe. No, you haven't mentioned them before, but I'm glad you like them. Thanks!
Author's Response: Thanks!
Love it! Hermione is the size elephant! HA HA HA! it was cute!
Author's Response: Thank you! Well, she really isn't, but I'm glad you thought it was funny.
Oh, I love this, Eilime! It may be my favorite of your stories yet! Everyone is perfectly in character (with the possible exception of Malfoy, but really, how would the story work if he kept calling her "Mudblood"?), and the plot flows beautifully. I love the way that on some level Hermione wishes he would come and bother her at the cafe, and I think there are some genuinely humorous touches in this story too. It's perfectly sweet, romantic, funny, and a little bit sad too. If only we still had the ranking system, this would get a 10/10! As it is, you're on my favorites.
Author's Response: Thank you so very much, flying_garden_gnome! Yes, it would be difficult to have Draco say "Mudblood" and spit in her face everytime they meet, so I'm happy to hear you liked the result of his character. I'm glad you liked the bit of humour, the bit of sadness, and, well, the whole story. Thank you for the great review!
