Its a great story with a great plot but I think the way you've written about Harry is a little weird, I mean he usually won't go and tell Dudley that "Hey this is my girlfriend and those are my friends and they can do magic so stay away" Its just not his way.

It seems to be good but it lacks detail. Your story can dramatically improve with detail and you need to start developing the plot. In every chapter try to include at least 1 conflict so the readers can get hooked on it. Otherwise it seems good and i'll read chapter 2 when u update
