the dunes don't go out 20 miles from the lake and it doesn't resemble Mongolia at all more like large hills of dirt it definitely doesn't cover buildings. The terrain 20 miles from lake Michigan is suburban. I know I live there. :) just a helpful tidbit to make ur story more factual. :D
I just wanted to say the story line was very good. The only thing that I thought was not appropriate and too much information was the intimacy between the two couples. But overall, the whole story was very well planned and thought out. Please continue to generate more fan fiction. Thanks.
I did not think about this myself about how confused it must have been for them all. The fact is that they had alot of emotions brewing between them such as being teenagers, confilct of war happenings and the love they had for each other. You did very well in telling what could have happened between Ron and Hermoine, Harry and Ginny. A job well done.
As I am reading this, I feel that this could have happened. This was very good. Thank you for your efforts and continue doing a good job.

A most enjoyable and enlightening read. I particularly liked some of your characterisations of existing characters, and noticed one or two great culture references (The Dark Lord having a servant called Baldric... lol).

Couldn't stop reading. Read every chapter in one night and starting the "sequel" tonight. Excellent job.
I must say since this is only the 2nd HP story I've read (written about Harry's final year at Hogwarts and the end of the prophecy with Voldemort) is was in Ron's words "Bloody brillant!!!"
Not the same style as JK Rowling (not that you seemed to try to do) but it had a great style and had me on the edge of my seat waiting and wanting to know what happens next.
10/10 for a great story! :D

you are an amazing author. i put off everything else i was doing (wisely? eh...) and read your story form start to finish over two days. Your form is as "spell-binding" (pardon the pun) as Ms. Rowling's herself! Although legally impossible, you should have this story published. keep up the PHOENOMENAL work!

I don't really like the part where you said convicted Death Eater's children were not allowed in Hogwarts, etc. Sort of discrimination..other than that, it was a good ending
