Very nice chapter! So glad that Lupin and Tonks are saved - two of my favorite characters and I am afraid I would have stopped reading your story if they had been killed! Chapter 33 and 33 times I have said "I love this story". Kind of a blah summing up now isn't it, but I so much enjoy reading it. I really like the way that you write and take the time to show details and little things that probably wouldn't be missed but add so much more to your story. Neville's comments about the fighting, the detailed decriptions of where they are and the emotions the characters are feeling all make this such a fun read. The last part where Lupin is so upset, is not sure how badly hurt Tonks is and uses her given name of Nymphadora and her response made me laugh out loud. It really was so Tonks. You have taken JKR characters, kept their personalities as she has written them and made them come alive in this story. I really hope to be able to walk into a library one day and see an original book by you, I think you would do well. Take care and as always I am looking forward to the next chapter.....do we get to find out about Hermoine and Fiora now???? Little hint???? LOL Sara

Author's Response: Sara, This is so not an insult to the rest of my readers, but a chapter never really feels "finished" until I see your review!! :-) Thanks for all of the encouraging words, especially with respects to my writing. I am, in fact, working on a novel of my own (quite different than HP, though it hopefully shares a few qualities with JKR's stories, that being, engaging characters and a good plot!) I am going to do my best to get a chapter to the mods this week - otherwise, you patient readers will have to wait until I return from vacation on the 13th! And yes, the next chappie is all about our favorite bushy-haired brainiac. Side note of interest - going to see JKR tonight at Radio City for that "Harry, Carrie and Garp" event. Maybe I will just write a li'l report up about it for Mugglenet tomorrow!! Thanks as always for your wonderful post! ~ Colleen

Author's Response: Btw - your birthday wouldn't be next week, would it? Only guessing because of the "812" - the "816" in my pen name is MY birthday! ;-)

Haha, excellent chapter! Tonks is hilarious! I really hope the next chapter is about Hermione, Fiora, and Snape--that was a very mean cliffie a couple chapters ago. ;-) I'll love to see what happens next!

That was fun. Liked the action again. can't wait to see how you save the others.

Author's Response: Thanks, potterwidow. Hermione's part of the adventure is coming up next...

thats typical Tonks. forget how worried everyone was, all that matters is how much dangerous and exciting stuff she missed out on... soo funny!

Author's Response: Yeah, I love Tonks - you just gotta, right?

Haha, very cute ending! Now... WHEN DO THEY FIND HERMIONE!?!? I'm dying here!!

Author's Response: Thanks thanks. Argh. Argh. Next chappie will see Hermione reunited with the group - BUT, as noted below, I am going on vacation at the end of this week, and may not be able to update until I get back. *prepares for lots of hate mail*

Absolutely spell binding! Edge of my seat with anticipation. Wonderful rescue. Can't say enough wonderful things! So looking forward to more!!! Please update quickly.

Author's Response: Ok, now don't you all get too upset with me - but I am going on vacation at the end of this week - I will be in Europe starting Friday until August 13th - so I MAY NOT be able to update until I get back. I am really really gonna try to before I go, so you can at least see what's up with Hermione, Fiora and Snape. But, can't promise....sorry!

Harry and Ginny took a deep breath, grinned nervously at each other, and then Harry started snogging her fiercely, backing her out of the shrubbery and onto the path. Ginny giggled shrilly in a very un-Ginny-like way, and stumbled a little, her arms around his neck. Ron rolled his eyes at Neville, who covered his smile with a trembling hand. Laying it on a bit thick, aren’t they, Ron thought dryly as his sister and best mate weaved sloppily from the bushes to the gritty path. They looked for all the world like two tipsy, vacationing teens who had snuck away from their class trip — but Ginny’s wand was clutched tightly in her fist behind Harry’s neck, and Harry’s wand was stuck in Ginny’s jean pocket, right above his clutched hand. They were ready.

That was a brilliant chapter! Bloody brilliant! I loved the Harry/Ginny bait. That was cool - you stay in character, Ron doesn't go prancing around in a fairy costume, stuff like that - all in all, I CAN'T WAIT FOR THE NEXT CHAPTER.

Author's Response: Wwwhhhheeeee! I have to say I really adore it when readers quote me back to myself!! Thanks for reading and reviewing Kay - and yeah, I love JKR's characters so much, I try not to mess with them too much!! ~ Colleen

Author's Response: It is odd to say the least, but just a few kinks in the system - hopefully they will figure it out...

the weird thing is that since your on my favorites, mugglenet send me an email when your story is updated and validated. well, they normally send me the email when the story is validated, but this time they sent me the email and the story sadly, and obviously isnt. funny... anyways, can't wait to read the story!

Author's Response: Argh. Me too ~ as the author, I got an email saying my chapter was validated, but apparently it was not!! MNFF seems to be experiencing some technical snafus...

I had the most wonderful dream last night. I opened up my favorites and your story was there. It was great! When I woke up I couldn't remember what happened so I thought for sure it was a sign that your story had finally been validated . . . you know how this tale ends. I guess I will just have to keep dreaming.

Author's Response: awwww!! This is SO frustrating - I've even written the lovely MNFF staff to see what the dealio is. No answer thus far. I am trying to get the next chappie to you, I PROMISE!!

Author's Response: It's also very weird - because I got a confirmation email telling me my chapter had been approved by the mod - I am gonna email MNFF help and ask them what the deal is...thanks for stickin' around! :-)

Wow. I'm new to the fan fiction boards on this site, and I was just browsing around. It took me three days to get through all 32 chapters, but as soon as I finished I knew I needed to make an account purely to review your story. It's soooo amazing, it's just as good as having book 7 itself, and will definitely tide me over till the release. I like to think this is what really happens...update soon please! And this is definitely going on favorites! As soon as I figure out how... :P

Author's Response: Wow, what a lovely review! Thanks a lot, I really appreciate you taking the time to write a review. I try to update once a week, sometimes it takes a bit longer. Chapter 33 just got validated, you should see it soon!

How long has Hermione been gone now? And have they been popping back and forth between Paris and London? That was a bit confusing. But overall this chapter was great. I liked how Harry and Ginny allowed themselves to be bait while they captured Greyback. Although the half human/half werewolf thinkg was a bit interesting. I alwayed imagined a werewolf only changed during the full moon and switched entirely into a wolf. But the slow conversion is an interesing take.

I'm sorry it took me so long to get around to reviewing this chapter. Life's just been busy lately. But better late than never right? :)

Author's Response: Hey Panda - whoops, didn't mean to confuse you! It's the same week that Hermione's gone missing - Fiora and she were taken by Snape on a Wednesday morning. When you read the chapter "Oubliettium" Fiora guesses two/three days have passed, based on a few clues. When I jumped back to Ron, Harry, et al, it's about the same timeline - Friday night. I am trying to keep the story moving chronologically even, tho the Trio is in two different places. Didn't mean to confuse one of my best readers/reviewers!! As for popping back and forth from London/Paris - my feeling is, after that whole lot found Hermione and FIora missing in Paris, plus Lupin and Tonks gone, the Order reconviened at Number 12 Grimmauld late Wednesday. A few days have passed, with everyone trying to figure out what to do, and the four teenagers slipped away unnoticed, remembering Fiora's letter saying that Fenrir Greyback was attaching young people alone the Seine. Whew!! Hope that clears some of it up! ~ Your Author

Yay! New chapter! NO! It's not validated yet!! Hee hee, do you know how long it takes to validate? You posted it yesterday, so I don't know...

Author's Response: Ummmm...I would say, usually, when MNFF is at it's best, 3-4 days. Sometimes up to a week. Once, it took almost TWO WEEKS!! Eek!! Hopefully by the weekend, I am guessing...
