How extraordinarily beautiful! How sad that people who work behind the scenes are usually forgotten, though the roles they play - and the memories they harbor - are as important as the deeds that made them.

Hi! This was such a moving story. It *actually* brought me to tears at the ends. You've captured Dobby's spirit very well, and it's really an original idea you have here. I like the style you are writing, it's very sophisticated, but doesn't give the impression that you are trying hard, the story has a nice 'flow'. Your words at the beginning are very descriptive. I also like the new headmaster in your story, he is a very good character. Thank you for sharing this story with us!

That was great!! It almost brought me to tears as they keep hinting at the corners of my eyes. I expect there to be more where this came from. I think all who have read this are.

Wonderful! I was listening to a sad song at the moment, and it was kinda hard to finish reading it cause of the lump in my throat. Very emotional; I love how you phrased everything and which memories you picked. It's also great that Dobby didn't have memories of only Harry, whom he adores, but people like Remus, Ginny, Fred and George, and especially Winky. Also, I liked the fact that you actually didn't have any descendants of Order members in Hogwarts, but only new people. In fact, that only mention of old times was the Weasley Wander, and that's great! Well, all I can do is repeat myself now -- twas great! :)) Thanks!

This was such a good read. I could almost feel my own muscles ache as I read this. It is hard to imagine a Hogwarts without the familiar characters we have come to know and love. It is also a topic which no one wants to face-- their own age and forgetfulness. It really tugged at my heart strings to see Dobby change through time in your fic. He has seen so much, lived through so much. I love the idea of him having a little hut to live out the rest of his days. It is very touching. I loved the wording you used. It is sophisticated, but not over the top or ostentatious. I just really enjoyed this story from beginning to end. It was great! I think I will go read something more of yours. This story really deserves a 10. Great job!

It had me crying again! As always, excellent job on your writing! I really loved your idea and you captured Dobby's character very well. I'm truly sorry I couldn't get the last part to you in time, but you did an amazing, wonderful, fantabulous, [insert adjective here] job!

Oh, wow, this story was wonderful, I was nearly crying at the end. It's interesting that there are so many stories out there that deal with the main characters' emotions after the War, but very few even consider characters like Dobby, who will still be there after everyone else has passed on. Your story is a true gem and I was glad to read it because it really moved me. Thanks for a wonderful story.

OH, THANK YOU! I love Dobby and a fic that revolves around him is a fantastic idea! You are a very talented writer; the descriptions, emotions, and story flow left me almost speechless!! I'm not ashamed to admit it: I CRIED! What a wonderful one-shot. I can't imagine anyone giving you a bad review for this. I am adding this to my favorites. 10/10

Excellent, excellent. I really enjoyed this. The language is exquisite, and it captured my attention. Definetly a nice change to all the usual fictions, and definetly one of the best fanfiction's I've read! Top 5 I'd make it.
