I love how you characterize Lily in this story; in most Maruader era fics I read, Lily starts out being a real snob in her first year and is all about the rules. Here you portray her perfectly - kind, a little nervous and timid about going to a new school, and you still manage to keep her high regard for the rules but in a milder sense. This is great; I'll definately come back later and finish reading this fic when I don't have as much homework :)
