You have chosen a very interesting topic. Did you intentionally try to parallel Nazi Germany, or is this a coincidence? In my mind (don't know whether you want to use this or not), another logical thing to happen would be for Muggles to be rounded up periodically for the Dark Lord to do experiments on. I mean, I would imagine him in a sort of Dark Arts laboratory, trying to figure out how to reach immortality or new ways to kill/torture people, and he would need test subjects, wouldn't he? I don't want to hijack the story, I'm just suggesting something you could use. Your general idea is awesome, and you have carried it through very well.
Author's Response: i didn't really think of the parallels specifically with Nazi Germany. I mean, i did think of totalatarian and oppressive governments, and obviously, the Nazi government was one of the most oppressive in history. As to the suggestion, thanks. Tho I've finished the basic story, I may write "sequels" that occur at the same time focusing on different character, perhaps another muggled born Harry knows, or maybe just an average muggle, who knows? You've definately set me thinking.
